I have bought many cars from dealers and individuals and I can say that CarMax doesn’t disappoint. We test drove the car and purchased it and drove it off the lot in less than an hour!

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Process went smoothly. The staff was able to find a way to get us into a vehicle.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Nelson Mazda is a no pressure dealership with a beautiful showroom, friendly people and a huge selection of new and used vehicles. Our experience was excellent working with JD to buy a newer truck. He handled everything throughout the process, never passed us off to anyone else and was fun to sit and visit with while waiting for our paperwork. He's definitely an asset. bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Fair pricing and good service. Not pushy! Great group of people. Worked out well. They fixed the major issues with the used car like they promised.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Sales staff is knowlegeable and friendly. Prices are fair and transparent. They make the entire process easy.

Phenomenal performance increase after the recall/update to the software. very friendly and very kind staff. I?ve been to Galles Chevrolet dozens and dozens of times it never disappoints.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Long has guaranteed their work for life time of my car. They did a great job in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I purchased a 2017 Ford Taurus Police Interceptor. Great price and more importantly the staff were friendly and awesome. I thank everyone at Bergen for a great experience. BTW they have a great selection of police interceptors to chose from.

If you’re not looking to be served champagne and want a simplified buying experience this is the place to go! The no haggle pricing takes some of the anxiety out of the car buying experience, and if you cross check the vehicle on cars.com it will directly tell you if you’re getting a good deal or great deal or fair deal. I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Only problem. They praise. My car too low. If they raise my car appraisal. I will make a deal.

This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

More Than a 5 Star rating if there ever was one needed. The greatest fear of any motorist is having an emergency repair situation when traveling. I am not from El Paso but on the Friday the 26th of September an unfortunate circumstance concerning my 2025 Honda Accord bearly a month old needed some serious ER type service while traveling from Las Cruces back to my home town of San Antonio. I left Las Cruces at 4 a.m. and just as I was leaving El Paso I pulled off to get some gas. It was still dark and I misjudged a curb duing my exit/ entrance into the access into the gas station resulting in some serious under-carriage damage. I had to turnaorund and head to the nearest Honda dealership. God and his angles were watching over me. I was ther at the dealership an roughly anhour and a half before opening. There was a porterwaiting at the gate then Sally Zubi showed up to aid in opening up the dealership. She was so kind, caring and empathet to my situation and assured me that they would take care of me. Allowed me to use the facilities to try and relax. Nestor the parts dept. expert did a search and found exactly what was needed to get me back to SA safely and said it was a part that was rarely in stock but was on site. Then Richard Guzman and Bobby Dominguez arrived. This team of immeadiately gathered in the parts dept. and asked me to wait in the outer seating area. I was later called in and taken to the garage area. All but nestor were present and they had me take pics of the damage and told me the plan of what could be done to get me back safely and at what cost. These individuals have my highrest admiration and respect. They are in the people business to serve it just so happens it is in the auto indutry. Quality , empathy, and caring. They could have taken me for a ride but were so upfront and honest in there approach that they have restored my faith in the sevice industry in general. These are a special group of people and El Paso Honda is beyond blessed to have them in their emplyment. The city of El Paso has a gift in this dealership, bar none they are legit and are genuine in what they do for their cusomers. Thank you so much!!!

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.
