I returned almost two months following service they provided, because of an issue with the service. Everyone was kind and helpful and I was even introduced to Mr. Castrucci, who made certain I was taken care of quick and comfortably. A communication error occurred, and Mr. Castrucci stood behind his commitment to my satisfaction. They graciously and generously went above what I expected and without my asking. I have had great service on several previous occasions and was always nicely treated. I would not hesitate to return again.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Worked with me on my trade and working a good deal but could not finalize the deal because I was leaving on cruise and decided a trade was not in my best interest! If the car is still available when I return we will pick up and see if we can put a deal I. Place!

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

Chad and Sheri were great! Firestone in Newport, KY are dishonest. It was suggested that I go to Performance Honda by my close friend. Performance Honda fixed what Firestone tried to mess up. My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

The truck I had been searching for came up in my cars.com search last. Sunday. I reached to the dealer and to my surprise heard from them within in an hour. We worked out some parameters and connected first thing Monday morning. Chris sent me a video first thing and we worked out everything on the phone. Drove to Cincinnati since I am in Indy and was in and out within a couple hours and they even installed a cover for me while I waited. Great deal and very happy with my purchase.

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

Applied online. After one phone call my sales representative called me back went and test drove my new bronco sport. Was a bit in the fence about opening a new loan and the rep was amazing no pressure. I went and had lunch came back and decided to do it. Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I set an appointment for 9:00. I arrived at the dealership's service entrance shortly before that time. I was immediately ushered in by a service technician who pleasantly greeted me and asked me to leave my vehicle running with the keys on the dash. He then escorted me to Chuck Reckers, who would take care of me. Chuck was also very pleasant and efficient, executed the necessary paperwork and had me sign those same papers to verify the service that was to be performed. Chuck said everything would be accomplished in about 1 and 1/2 hours. Following that, he escorted me to the beautiful customer's waiting room. The area was spotless, had sofas, work tables and complimentary WIFI setups as well as soft drinks, coffee, ice water and snacks. Very impressive! At about 10:10, Chuck came back to tell me my vehicle's maintenance had been accomplished and I was all set to leave. I love it when companies under promise and over deliver and that's what Jake Sweeney Jeep did for me.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I went in for a maintenance appointment and from the second I pulled up I was greeted by friendly staff. I had recently purchased my car and the gentlemen that was taking care of me pulled up all the history and could tell I was interested so he showed me all that had been done and helped me understand things I didn’t know about. He was so friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is set up very nicely and fully stocked with delicious free drinks like Lattes and Cappuccinos. I was even offered to take one of their cars if I didn’t have time to wait. I opted to wait and was shown all the amenities, I was even able to work from my laptop in their waiting room (free WiFi!) while they serviced my car, which didn’t take long at all. When they were done they carefully went over everything with me very thoughtfully and honestly. Which was nice because other places I’ve gone to would just name a list of unnecessary things they would make me feel bad about if I didn’t do them right away, but it’s not like that at all here. Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone
