Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Just bought a 2002 Mazda 626 LX. Had DJ as my salesman and he was great. He was informative about the cars he showed me and picked the perfect car for my budget and the situation I was using it for. Came and looked at a car on a saturday, filled out the paper work on monday, and drove away with it on tuesday. Gave me a good price for the car and trade in, and even agreed to give me a new radio deck for my car so i could have a aux port for no extra cost.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Contacted this dealership about a Buick Lacrosse was paired with salesman Nubar. After explaining my bad experience with previous dealership he assured me he would do everything he could to make this a better experience. After about a week of negotiations we finally came to terms we could both live with. He went above & beyond and He was very patient and answered all my questions. I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

We had some maintenance work done on our Odyssey, and Cheryl took amazing care of us. Some of the parts they needed wouldn't be available until the next day, so the van had to stay an additional night. After the van was completed, Cheryl came in on her day off to complete some of the paperwork to finish our visit. After we decided that we could leave the van an additional night and pick it up the next morning instead, Cheryl offered, quite literally, to go out of her way to pick me up on her way in to work so I didn't need to bring the family out on a cold morning. I've been very pleased with all my visits to Wilde East Towne Honda--top-notch service, great customer care, and wonderful amenities while waiting. Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Overall experience was o.k., we bought a $60k nearly new car, and had it shipped, the car arrived on the transport with less than 1/8 tank of fuel which we thought was a little crappy, the interior was dirty and had scrapes on the kick panels even after we specifically asked about that area over the phone.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Eric did a fantastic job. The entire team made sure everything went very smoothly. I would buy a car from them again. I am from out of state but if I lived closer I would bring my care to them if it needed service as well.

I just purchased this KIA, lightly used, only 24500 miles. I had a 2008 KIA before this one, it served well for the 13 years that I owned it. Before that I owned a '94 Dodge Caravan and a '98 Town and Country. Chrysler makes prettier vehicles, but KIAs hold up. My last KIA had plenty of life left, but I got t-boned so hard the car flipped over! Praise the Lord, I walked away from that wreck! The car didn't make it, so I got another one. I was tempted by the Dodge GC, but ultimately, I trust KIA more. This KIA is spiffier than my old one, but I miss the simple, open design of the old one. The "safety tech" is more annoying than helpful, but it rides well, feels solid and well made. Overall: satisfied.

Starting the process for looking for a new to us van and CarMax was one of our stops. They had one we were really interested in, but between trade-in value and non-negotiable pricing (which we knew in advance) we realized it wouldn't fit our price range. Ryan was responsive, but not oppressive.

The only negative is went to open passenger front door and the whole door handle came off. Will cost between $150.00 and &300.00 to get a new handle (plastic)put on. This is our second Sedona)

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

I went there with my son last Friday after we left the Lexus dealership nearby. We were helped by a young man named Marco Damiani, and I thought that he did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable and showing us what we were looking for we went on a test drive of a couple vehicles. We didn’t buy anything at that time, but we are still thinking about it and if we decide to go there again, we will find Marco.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

Jean, was very helpful and pleasant with our purchase yesterday. We had been looking for a Grand highlander and he had it ready for us when we arrived. The vehicle was also discounted after only 11 days on the lot which was also great. Had just the right features and we like it very much so far! The purchase did take 2 hours, but we were not sitting around much the attendant who told us about our car features, was also great although I cannot quite remember his name at the moment. We are a satisfied customer. All the employees we interacted with were great!

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲
