This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

As a first-time car owner in my 30’s Andre and Dominic made the experience pleasurable and headache free. I spent months doing my research online and going in-person to different dealerships to compare prices and conditions of cars that were used, new and leased and Duran Auto by far exceeded my expectations. The men were patient, thorough, and transparent. I was able to test drive the car same day – no appointment needed. Dominic provided the CarFax without me having to ask and told me about the recalls (they resolved them) before I even read through them. They held the car for me while I went through the insurance process which took a little longer than expected. Dominic checked in through text but at no point did I feel pressured. They also handled the DMV portion of license and registration so when I went to finalize paperwork and payment, I was able to leave with my car, set & ready to go with no extra steps. The process was fast and painless. They also provided me with a warranty that you can choose to extend later down the line for an additional reasonable cost. I will likely choose to extend my warranty, as my father has been going to Andre for work on his car for years and he is always transparent and reasonable in pricing. My father has also purchased one of his used vehicles from Andre; after seeing how well it has lasted for him, I knew when we saw this car that it was the right fit for me. Love the heated front seats. Do not like access to rear seats past seats at doors. Has great pick up. Drives thru anything. Quiet. Great sound system. Cools and Heats entire van. Large windshield must have sunscreen or summers heat blisters interior.. A/C works great

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

We have liked the Toyota Sienna so much, this is the 2nd one we purchased and each one we owned and never experienced any out of the ordinary problems. Great family vehicle.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

Got '07 Vibe 126k mi at 2Manny's 20 days ago, title in Priority Mail today. Reg wear and tear for 18yo (DETAILED & all functions!). Corroded wheels-- offered to put new ones on for price. Tires just within coin head-- said pass inspection but offered to sell new not-exceptionally-great tires at wholesale cost and to put on. Checked and all seemed to work. Test drove, no noises or issues. PPI-- rusty crossmember underneath, confirmed won't break or fall off; no safety or function issue, as Eddy stated. I would say he was very patient with me; I was coming from out of town and was very suspicious of an independent used car place I didn't know. Walked me thru the whole process, even helped me set up insurance in my app. Bring cashier's check or use Zell; credit and debit are a 2.5% fee (GENEROUS --most places are 3%). My mechanic confirmed its nothing but cosmetics, will need new struts eventually. 1300mi later, no issues. Would recommend. Seems to have integrity. ICXCNIKA

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

The service department is always excellent. Even though I did not purchase my new vehicle at this location in 2022 (not by choice, but because inventory of new vehicles of my preferred model was very scarce at the time) they still offer all the benefits of the warranty and extended service plans I signed up for during my purchase elsewhere - making for great Toyota brand loyalty. I work closer to this dealership than the one I purchased from, so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy working with this dealership right from my first visit. I especially appreciate the shuttle service they offer to take me home and back when there is going to be a long service procedure. Also, I have a choice to schedule online or by phone, and I like having both options. Finally, the explanatory videos taken by the technicians when they have finished the job are great to have both at the time, and later at home when I want to review and fully understand what they said once more.

The Sienna is a great vehicle for trips. Hauls people and everything in comfort. Has lots of safety features and is very reliable. Better looking than the new Toyota models.
