Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I bought a 2015 Ford Escape and I had some problems with it but they took care of the problem. I love Drive Time I will go back there again for a vehicle.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

Love the heated front seats. Do not like access to rear seats past seats at doors. Has great pick up. Drives thru anything. Quiet. Great sound system. Cools and Heats entire van. Large windshield must have sunscreen or summers heat blisters interior.. A/C works great

I was there to purchase a car, not for myself, but for what I will call our "charity case". Joe and Phil and Truck were very understanding of the situation, and while I did not purchase a car for said charity case, they left more than a few doors open for me to do so, if it's meant to be. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I had a very bad experience at the Brown Daub Kia store when I owed more on the car then it was worth and they told me to keep it or sell it and if that doesn't work the bank would take it back. That sounded fishy to me and I left I always liked the look of the Cherokee so I left and went to Brown Daub Jeep and met Joey. Joey was good to me and helped me find a nice cherokee and traded my car no problem and paid it off. I know they are the same company but how could Joey help me and not the other store but Joey was honest and helped me. I would refer my friends and family to see joey who helped me when nobody else did. trust joey and the people at jeep avoid the kia store and thank you to david in finance he helped me too and answered my questions.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

I also had considerable sliding door problems, even opening on the freeway and scaring my mom in law. Also, the factory painted exterior began to deteriorate around 60,000 miles and continued to advertise poor quality.

I went here with my grandmother to buy a small car and had a really easy and great time with the staff Doug in particular. I would definitely recommend.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Good experience. I leased a 2025 Gladiator Mojave. Cody and Crystal were very easy to work with. The dealership is an hour and twenty minutes away but I’d say it was worth it.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.
