I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

Bought a few vehicles from B&B, can’t write anything negative about my experience either time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to others. They will go above and beyond to help you. A few weeks after I purchased a car, a check engine light came on, (loose wire) they took care of it promptly on the spot. The light never came back on.

I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.

Megan Dolce in the service department is the reason I’ll come back. We didn’t purchase here, we bought from another dealer in PA, and after finding out they never did the recalls they said they did, Megan was instrumental in having the recall re-done and making sure I was happy with the outcome. If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Dealer was very freindly and very flexible with mg request to take the car to a mechanic for an inspection prior to Purchasing. He allowed me fo test drive it on my own which made the test drive feel much better. Car was in clean condition and dealer had it priced under market value even after dealer fees. Dealer was very upfront and transparent answering all my questions and did not pressure me in anyway. Would highly recommend this dealership. It was the first time Ive ever bougjt from a dealer and Im glad I did.

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

Dropped off my TRX for service on Monday, I spoke with Joe who was very helpful & knowledgeable. He told me it would be done in a day or so. This morning he called me to tell me it was ready. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.
