What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

We love our minivan. Just make sure you get a mechanic to check it out before you but it and negotiate the price. 2 more words

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

Very happy with the staff. They were straightforward, honest, and my car buying experience was hassle free. My sales rep quoted me an upfront price and communicated all additional fees as well. I was given a fair amount for my trade.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

On July 18th Sunday Morning, I called Dulles Auto Sales to test drive an used 2004 Acura TL. Since they are closed on Sunday, John actually responded and said he is able to come and let me take a test drive. He was greeting and explained about the features and everything about the car. This TL was in excellent condition. As soon as I took a drive, I talked to John and asked him if he can lower the price for me since I am on limited budget. The initial listed price was 6750 but he said he can give me 6000 for the car to thank me for the service. I came back home and visited this place again the day after. I felt I was so into that car since everything works for me except the budget. FYI, I was in the market for 04-08 Acura TL for 2 months. I was so tired but tried hard to find the best one in the market. On Monday I visited John again and asked him if he can offer me 5500 for the car. I wasn?t able to sleep because I really wanted this car; however, I had not enough fund. John gladly said he can offer me 5750 to meet me in the middle. I came back home and talked to my fiance to help me buy the TL. On Tuesday, I went to Dulles Auto Sales and had a test drive on this car again. Then, I spoke to John and explained him about my budget situation. He was okay with 5700, and I finally decided to pick it up. It was almost 3 days journey for me to pick up this car but I am so happy that I bought the best one. It runs so smooth. It looks very clean. John does really take care of his customer. I will definitely visit you again for oil change! Thank you!

The van meets our needs. It looks and feels good when driving. Only issue are with some brakes that need repaired. We like the color (blue exterior/gray interior).

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

What a great experience! I was searching for a specific car for about 2 months with the options I wanted. I came across Eagle Automotives on my search and emailed my interest. The next day Guillermo, the owner/manager reached out to me and went over the car in full detail over the phone. Made an out of state purchase with Carma Auto of a truck I found on Cars.com. Dealt with Ali who was very helpful. He provided videos, pictures and anything else I requested in the days prior to the actual deal. I made a 3.5 hr trip to their location to pick the truck up. The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

I have a 2021 Kia Sedona EX I bought new just went over 28000 miles first oil change did mobil 1 synthetic and drove to Florida and NC coastal multiple times decent gas mileage plenty of room I don't have a problem with the rear seats but my sister has an Odyssey and the rear seats are a little easier but if you want to spend 20 grand extra for some better folding rear seats you got it better than me 5 out of 5 stars for this guy thanks 👍

I purchased a Honda from this dealership in October. Based on my experience with 1st Choice Auto, I'd rate their communication 5/5 and the condition of the vehicle that I purchased from them 3.5/5, for a total of 4/5 stars. The pros: they answer calls promptly and courteously. They work with out-of-state buyers (i.e., I was permitted to send a mobile mechanic to check out the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection, and I was allowed to put down a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle). They provided an itemized list and total of all costs over the phone and by email, and offered to handle the DMV/MVA paperwork for me. The mechanic noted that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, and the dealership took care of that for me at my request. The cons: their listings claim that, "All safety recalls performed prior to vehicle pickup." That was not, in fact, the case with my vehicle. I arrived at the dealership more than three business days after placing my deposit. They offered to take it to a Honda dealership for me to get the recall resolved, but it was too late and inconvenient at that stage to do so (an acquaintance drove me a bit under 2 hours to reach the dealership as I did not have my own car, and I didn't want to impose on them any further by returning at a later date). Furthermore, while the car did pass both Virginia's state inspection and my home state's inspection, I ended up paying an additional $600+ for repairs. My advice is to mentally tack on an additional 10% to 15% to the total purchase price to land at a realistic amount you'll end up paying, and don't expect the vehicle to be 100% as you drive off the lot with it. If you find yourself considering a vehicle at the upper end of your budget, be sure to inspect the vehicle first and revise your offer accordingly.

I also had considerable sliding door problems, even opening on the freeway and scaring my mom in law. Also, the factory painted exterior began to deteriorate around 60,000 miles and continued to advertise poor quality.

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

I had a great experience with David Williams at Ourisman Kia Bethesda recently when buying a used Ioniq. He was extremely straightforward, helpful, and great to work with. Highly recommend. Best car buying experience in decades. There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again. This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.
