I bought a pre-owned vehicle from this establishment salesman was Harold Martin I had the car checked out and it checked out perfectly only thing the radio didn't work well Mr Martin charge me another $115 to get the radio fixed now I don't know what the xxxx is wrong with this radio it works sometimes sometimes it doesn't I'm expecting Mr Martin to honor our agreement and fix the radio on a very good note they have a receptionist there her name is Georgia I'm telling you this lady is just awesome what a nice personality over the phone and even when you're in the dealership I definitely think she is a great employee

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

The 3.3 liter V6 is under powered especially if you carry six passengers. Had to replace a catalytic converter at 132,000 miles code po420 bank 2. a disappointment. The engine is basically a Camry engine. Toyota should of put a larger displacement engine in this van.

Many people are always concerned when they are about to buy a new car and need to walk into a dealership to discuss and negotiate, arming themselves to the teeth! So, I did my research online and on social media and analyzed all the reviews of Lexus dealerships, each and everyone of them. One dealership stood out with consistently excellent sales and service reviews.That was Lexus of Greenwich! So I drove from NYC to the Lexus Greenwich dealership bypassing all the other dealerships along the way. I was not disappointed! From the first moment I spoke with the staff over the phone and through many Emails and text messages to the moment I drove to the dealership and test drove and purchased a new TX 35O, I was deeply impressed with the staff’s transparency, sincerity, honesty, good faith, and customer friendly attitude in both words AND actions! Big kudos to Anisa, Zak and Niketa of the Sales team!!! And, a big shout out too to Manav who comprehensively and patiently demonstrated all the many features of the SUV to me. Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

This was the "best" experience I ever had buying a car!!! From the start I felt taken care of. Les the manager was very helpful and accommodating. He even offered to pick me up from the bus stop if needed. After the sale I had some minor concerns with the vehicle. He made sure all was checked out and fixed. Payless guarantees their cars and has a great staff that TRUELY made my experience a positive one! They prove that all used car lots and salesmen are sketchy and not honest, but not this one!!!! Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Customer service was pretty good. They have a lot of good vehicles which made it hard to choose. I bought a Subaru Outback. I dealt with Ed the general manager. He made sure I was happy and gave me the best deal possible. I'd recommend this place to others. I'll definitely buy from here again!!

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.
