Justin has been very helpful over the past few months after our purchase of a used car from them. His after-the-sale service as well as the staff and mechanics helpfulness there has been over-the-top and much better than expected! Also, he has been a great resource for a major repair that cropped up, months after the sale and put us in touch with a reasonable mechanic. Realizing that we are buying a USED car, things will happen and they could have just written us off - NOT SO will Justin and crew. I am so pleased with my car buying experience at Road Runner Auto! I wasn't assaulted by sales guys trying to put me in a car automatically. There was NO PRESSURE at Road Runner. We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

My family and I have purchased 9 cars from Four Guys Auto. They have always sold us good quality cars. But, above that they have always been honest and trustworthy. They have gone above and beyond the listed warranty. When purchasing a vehicle, they have always been straight forward about the pros and cons of the vehicle. If they vehicle was expensive to work on, they would tell us. If the vehicle got bad gas mileage, they would tell us. If there was anything wrong the vehicle, they would tell us. Over the years, they have become family. I think that's because they never once tried to "sell" us a car. They are simply good at what they do, and have a passion for what they do. I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Parker was amazing to work with. These guys were no hassle, no xx, no pushing to purchase unnecessary warranty’s. Easiest car purchase ever!

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.
