I had been shopping for a used vehicle for about a month and happened upon Midway Motorsports. I called ahead of time to make sure the Vehicle i was looking at was still available. I spoke to Eddie the salesman and he assured me it was still there and when i went in to my surprise it actually was. I test drove it and made a deal on the spot and i could not be Happier. Everyone was Great i was in and out in a timely manner and the Truck is Perfect. I'd recommend Midway Motorsports to anyone looking for a great deal and none of the run around like most stores Great Service.
My son was looking for a 2011 BMW we drove to Bridgeview dealt with Andy great experience. Dealt with some other dealers that I would never buy from but I would buy from Ultimate Motors. Andy was great.

Contacted the dealer thru email and phone as I have been looking for a used vehicle. The dealer responses have always been helpful, cheerful and prompt in replies to my inquiries and questions. Great customer service. I would consider them for any future purchases and would definitely recommend them to a friend.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.

I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). My husband and I purchased a new Rover over the weekend and can't thank the team there enough. We are new to Land Rover and Steve H was fantastic! He was patient, answered all of my questions in detail and enpowered me with so much useful info abt the vehicles. He took us on two test drives in total and helped us choose a car that really fit our needs and wants. The dealership was busy on Saturday and Steve did everything he could to speed up the process and get us home. I called in Monday with various questions/concerns and he called me back immediately-he took care of everything. Nothing like some good ole customer service, thanks Steve H!!!!
Usual stellar performance! I had no problems scheduling and the maitainence was preformed without any problems. Clean facilities, helpful staff, car was returned clean and ready to go...
