Always keep it maintained will last longer when doing oil changes I always add in 1 liter of Lucas engine oil stabilizer, also Transmission oil do the same add 1 liter of Lucas keeps the it from overheating I did an Upgrade Custom LED Lighting Builds I removed All of those nasty dull looking Stock Bulbs, everything is now all LED Lighted all-around with RED Under-glow lighting on my SUV as my paint is Fever Red stock colour, Just finished building a 41 inch Led Light Bar Build 300,000 Lumens in output brightness for the Country Side Roads, where there isn't any street lights. wish I could add some photo's of it all finished, You all would be amazed.

I see where a lot of people are commenting on the dealership not getting back in touch with you. I have to say that's a completely different experience that I had. I sent them a message about 3 in the morning. Before 11:00 a.m. that same day they had already reached out with a phone call and an email. The car that I was inquiring about why is that one of the brands largest motor in it so I wasn't interested in buying it after talking to that. The person I spoke with was very polite understood what I was looking for. He even asked if they come across something like that but with the engine that I want would I like a call back. I told them absolutely who knows it could be a month from now and I still have it found what I'm looking for. I just thought that was pretty nice of them. Also I don't know anybody at this dealership none of my family or friends work there. I know sometimes people think if you write a nice reply where there is mostly negative that it's the dealership having friends and family post these comments. That absolutely is not me. I just believe if I'm quick enough to leave a negative review I should be just as quick as to leave a positive review. They are listening I can say is what I believe might be happening is that people might not be leaving their phone number. I honestly don't know if that is it or not.

Recently purchased a Pontiac Torrent 2008. The purchase price was $2900 and was worth every penny. It is an AWD as well. There are some minor issues that need attention at some point. It runs fantastic. Plenty of power and very comfortable. I am an Aztek fan as well. I own a 2005 and have had the same experience with this car. Would definitively recommend either of these cars. Pontiac made superior automobiles, in my humble opinion.

289500 on the dash and it's STILL GOING! bought it with 250k and it just goes. Sure all the airbag / stability traction lights you can think of come on but who cares it goes when I need it to and for 1800$ I got a steal!!!! Nice work Pontiac.

I want my Pontiac torrent 2009 for two years now. I love everything about this car especially it’s reliability and steering performance. I would recommend this car in a minute and it’s the 2nd best Car I ever owned. My first choice was my Z28 Camaro.

I hate the car buying process. I do not like being pressured to make a decision on the spot, and I do not like haggling. American Imports made it easy... their pricing is very fair right up front, so I didn't need to haggle. Plus, the test driving process was easy, I didn't have to give a bunch of information or have to take the salesperson with me. I wasn't pressured to make a decision, I took a couple of days to think about it, then just went it and finalized the deal. I'll go back when I need to buy another car.

My 2008 Pontiac Torrent GXP has been a wonderful car. Very reliable gets me where I need to go has never left me stranded I've owned it for about a year now and the only issue I've had is the A solenoid keeps getting stuck making it to where it won't go to second gear so I have to turn the vehicle off wait about 5 seconds turn it back on again and we're good to go. I took it to a transmission mechanic and instead of just fixing the a solenoid valve that keeps getting stuck on he wanted to rebuild the whole transmission so for me that's just not worth my time. For now I will just continue to turn it off and back on again 🤷‍♀️

Was looking for a commuter car for my husband. Found the Honda Fit online and drive down from Lafayette just to look at it. The staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They met us at the car with key in hand so we could get in and take a closer look. The entire vehicle was extremely clean- inside, out and under the hood. There are some minor exterior imperfections- all had been noted online with photos. We asked about other vehicles on the lot. They showed us 3 other cars, but after discussion about what we needed from the car- they actually reconfirmed we wanted the Fit. (Which was the cheapest of the car showed). It is greatly appreciated they didn’t just push more costly vehicles on us. Will recommend them to friends and will definitely work with them again when the time comes for our next vehicle.

Great staff. Ryan Weston was awesome. My only complaint is a crappy key fob. With no key lol. Not complaining. 🤔. I would ask they send me the other key fob or give me the factory code to my car doors for programming. A new fob is 300 bucks. Not sure why I ended up with this one. It isn't the same one I used on test drive. This one doesn't lock the doors easily. Button is screwed up. And as I mentioned there isn't a KEY inside the fob like there should be. Hopefully after they read this they'll send me the other in the mail? IDK. Other than that from start to finish I cannot complain, and as long as this car holds together like it should I will Definitely shop there again

just passed 251,000 mies and still running strong. had to replace cat,and o2 sensors, front shocks/struts. other then that will drive this anywhere at anytime, i run full synthetic oil to keep engine going good. would recommend to anyone, in fact thinking of buying a 2nd 1

I noticed a bearing issue while driving and they took care of the maintenance at no additional charge. I have no issue recommending Car Planet. Went to Hwy 13 Motors to look for a used SUV to purchase as a second car. The dealer had a good selection of decent cars, trucks and SUVs. We picked out a nice Jeep. The dealer was honest about a very minor issue the Jeep had. He offered to have it repaired or offered we could repair it and he would reduce the price. We opted to repair the issue, which was very minor, and the dealer gave us a very generous amount off the purchase price to cover it which was way more than the repair cost. We appreciated he worked with us on price and was very honest and patient as we test drove and examined the vehicle. We had a good experience and the purchase was easy and friendly. We really love our 'new' used Jeep!

I love all the leg room, not just in the front, but in the rear seating ,too. It’s been years since I drove with air conditioning and that is one of the best features I can enjoy now. I’m now able to travel to places I normally wouldn’t be able to because I have a reliable car now.
