They were able to provide me a detailed report of the history of the vehicle as it had been serviced there throughout its previous life. All questions I had were answered before I even arrived at the facility. The vehicle had all of the bells and whistles and worked flawlessly. The windshield was cracked and that was pointed out to me (even though I honestly didn't even notice it) prior to purchase. Very competitive pricing, even in comparison with much larger dealers in Des Moines.

Absolutely the very best, most awesome, buying experience on the planet, EVER! These folks know how to let the process breathe...no PUSH, no PULL, NO BULL. Our sales guy Nick is as professional as they come without being a "salesman", very relate-able and honest. Understand we were out and about doing some Black Friday shopping without really needing anything. We stopped in to do a few test drives as this dealership had all 3 sedans we were considering (Cadillac, Lincoln and Buick) to purchase NEXT YEAR, not this year. After looking they didn't have (on the lot) the Buick LaCrosse with the large moonroof or sunroof...which ever its called. Nick said they had one in the wash bay.....BOOM...test drive done!!! My husband and I love this vehicle and were extremely excited that we made an offer and it was done!! Their finance guy Alex is the ONLY finance guy you will ever want to work on your half in these situations....totally and completely painless!! I bought my Honda Accord from Jeremy 5 years ago. I got a new phone about 6months ago and it has been nothing but trouble as far as staying connected with the car. Jeremy has helped fix this problem multiple times and never seems to be bothered when I show up for help. He greets us with a smile goes right to work usually has us back up and running in about 2 min. Jeremy is patient, kind and professional and that is why we will continue to do business with Cawood!
I had a flat in my Dodge Ram 1500 on the way to Missouri from NH. On a Saturday I tried a couple of places to either get it repaired or replaced, they were either closed, there would be a 3 hour wait(WalMart), or they didn???t have the tire in stock, (WalMart again). I decided to check local dealerships and found Woodys, so glad I did. Derby I and his staff were wonderful, forgoing above and beyond. Deryck even went to another location to make sure my new tire had white letttering. I am a Police Chief with 37 employees, and customer service is one of my greatest demands. I have a saying, ???hire for attitude, train for success???. I certainly saw that with Deryck and his crew. Thanks Deryck!!!
I have worked with Tony Foos now on 7 of the last 8 vehicles and will continue to as long as I and looking at a Buick or GMC truck. He is responsive, not pushy, and easy to work with. But everyone at Joyce is friendly and accommodating including the service dept.
Currently we have been shopping for a car for my fiance which is a slow process and while I can't say what she will ultimately pick I will say during this Tony and Joyce have been exceptionally accommodating to her decision process as well as our questions and indecisiveness. My experiences at some other dealers have not been nearly as fun or pleasant and definitely alot more work.
Also after purchase experience is just as important and after my recent first experience in many years at a non Joyce service dept I have realized I may have become spoiled by them.
If you are looking for a GMC or Buick put these guys at the top of your list.
