As usual, I called Willard Shell when my lease was expiring and we made an appointment to discuss my next car. We discussed my options and my decision was an Encore. Willard is so helpful and gives you the important info you need without being pushy. I have driven Buicks for many years and have never been disappointed. I was hesitant at first, because I was not greeted in the parking lot. So I went inside and talked with a older gentleman, he was not pushy and seemed very nice. He was somewhat informative, he let me take the car for a test drive with no DL. I would of liked to get the price down a little more, but they di amount for it! South Beloit
We worked with Kevin on a used car. When We arrived, the car was ready for test drive, Kevin was knowledgeable, courteous, and was great to work.
We worked hard together to make a sale and he was a good facilitator between us and the Manager.
Art was great to work with -- very thorough, always available when I had questions, and really knows his product. The dealership physical plant was very nice. I'd give the whole experience two thumbs up.
Purchase experience was excellent.
The Tahoe I purchased needed a new windshield. When it was installed the tech left the interior dirty, shards of plastic as well as adhesive. He also managed to scratch the handle above the passenger door. I would not recommend the collision center.
My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.
