The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.

Salesperson was reliable and returned calls. He helped with setup. The buying process and meeting with the closer took a few hours. She pulled out all the stops to get me to buy the extended warranty and paint protection. I declined, then suddently everything was half price, then I declined again and got a bit deeper discount. This is frustrating and I'd prefer to be quoted a fari price with 20% markup rather than offered something for 300% cost theny get it for a decent price only because I bargained and would not get ripped off.
Service department folks were nice. The waiting area is no frills, very different from the BMW dealership, but that's ok.
I have purchase four cars from Craig Wilson and Gene Pankey. For an excellent and no pressure sales environment, go see Craig Wilson, he will take good care of you. He has ALWAYS taken good care of us!

Today 6/19/2018 we bought a 2008 chevy impala. Woe what a dream. Price was out of my range but with some negotiating and the patience of jason the manager and Robert the sales guru they helped my family buy a car in my price range and a dream car. Go to them. They won't steer you wrong and will work with you for anything.!! They have nice used vehicles.!!!

I had the easiest buying process ever at this car lot. I found a vehicle that fit me and my family and there was no pressure! I got to admit shopping around Seattle to Tacoma area I met a lot of dealers that wanted my money. It doesn't take long for them to get you in a car all you need is income , Ssi Card, and proof of address oh and your driver's license lol. They let me test drive the vehicle to ensure that I was comfortable with what I was buying. I spent an hour with them and it was the best experience. My car had no leaks the engine and transmission was powerful. And the interior was clean no big stains or damage to the exterior. Won't you give them a call and tell them what you can afford and tell him what you're looking for. After paying off my current vehicle with him I'm coming back to get another one! Happy holidays

This was my first time at this dealer. For the most part it wasn't a bad experience. The first vehicle I was interested in turned out to be a bust. However, while I was there I happened to come across the vehicle I now own and I love it. I do believe that there may be a little more wrong with it than what I was expecting, but that's okay. These guys were totally flexible with the payments and was willing to give me time on the warranty decision. So like I said overall it was all right.
