Eddie Charara was a very skilled associate, and had the best customer service you can ever ask for!. He had the full knowledge in answering all our questions. He took the time to take our new car's order back in late November and kept us updated until the car arrived in late February. I wish there are more than just 5 stars rating to give Eddie and this location. I recommend you all to visit this specific Porsch location and ask for Eddie. Not to say that my 10 years old felt at home in helping him self to grab a drink and few ? chocolate chips cookies. Eddie even interduced us to the General Manager Robert and he also was a great GM.

I was looking for a very specific vehicle configuration for my wife because she really only cares about the color, and I wanted a loaded Explorer (for me) in Atlas Blue (for her; a 2021 color not available on the 22s). So I was referred to Mike Smith and he was great to work with. He contacted me almost immediately and answered the questions that he could while taking down the unanswered questions that he needed to find out about. We texted and emailed back-and-forth for a bit and when it was clear to me that this was the vehicle I was looking for, I put down a deposit and we made arrangements to visit. Mike even picked us up at the airport. Very nice guy and easy to talk to, but he's also a good listener and never pushed us into anything that we weren't looking for. We drove the vehicle and of course my wife loved it. So we drove to the dealership and did a little bit of paperwork and the vehicle was ours. The gentleman in Finance (Jonathan McCoy) was great to work with also. We went through the paperwork quickly but thoroughly and we were able to get on the road to enjoy the new vehicle. I've been buying cars/trucks for about 45 years and have owned 30-something vehicles and I don't think I have had a better buying experience. We live several hours away (as I mentioned, we flew to Bentonville) but it was definitely worth it. I would do it again in a heartbeat and will call Mike the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

I've raced Porsches including GT3 Cup but this is my first street Porsche. My wife and I love convertibles for touring and I wanted a track capable car, too. A 911 will likely be next but I am really glad I started with my 718 Boxster GTS. The turbo four cylinder is outstanding with great power, especially down low torque, and we're seeing excellent fuel mileage. Some purists say it has to be the flat six but this car proves them wrong. I don't mind the sound at all, it reminds me of a wonderful air cooled Porsche. Love the performance, comfort and utility (two trunks!) of my 718 Boxster GTS and can't wait to get it on the track soon, too.

I decided to purchase a 2019 Porsche 718 Boxster S over a base model 911. The S model is FAST! 0-60 in 4 seconds. If you are in the market for one make sure you know all the options you want and which model as there are a lot of differences and as you know with Porsche, there are lots of optional upgrades

This car is really run to own and drive. Its mid engine location makes the ride feel solid. On curves. The interior is well thought out. The manual transmission has a short throw.

Terrific car and the best I have ever owned Comfort downgraded because the leather seats are just too hard, a common problem with leather seating. Lexus uses much softer leather, making their seats much more comfortable for a long drive. Wouldn't need heated seats if not for the leather seating surfaces. Fabric is MUCH more comfortable. Interior design is excellent except for the extensive use of bright metal accents which should never be used in a convertible. Solved with matte black vinyl wrap. Infotainment system is an unmitigated disaster - it simply fails to work much too often, specifically Apple CarPlay works only about half the time, backup camera often fails to display, and sometimes the display shows nothing but "Loading Home." This should be simple to fix but local dealer refuses or is incapable of doing the right thing. This is a terrific $50K sports car; too bad it costs so much more. Reliability downgraded only because of infotainment problems. No mechanical issues.

Words do not do it justice. This car is simply stunning visually, growls delightfully, and it's a dream to drive, incredibly responsive and shifts so smoothly. After a lifetime of exceptionally cool/classic/prizewinning cars - I do believe this one will turn out to be my all-time favorite. My apologies to my Jaguar clubs!

Searching the internet for that special older sports car that met my requirements for price, condition, and mileage. A car at Hess Auto Agency caught my eye, but it was around 300 miles from my home in Kansas. I was concerned about buying a car over the internet, but the excellent pictures presented by Hess Auto along with information provided by Kirk and Eric convinced me that this car was right for me. When I mentioned that my wife and I were concerned about traveling at this time and were considering the possibility of having the car delivered, Kirk and Eric put together a delivery price proposal that was 1/3 lower than national level providers, even offering to deliver the next day. I've purchased a number of cars from a number of dealers in my 71 years of life, and it's my opinion that Hess Auto ranks right at the top. I am very happy with my purchase!

Not for everyone but if you want a roadster it’s the best for the money. A true joy to drive and as comfortable as you can get in a top-down car.

A very responsive vehicle, excellently balanced with the mid-engine. Out corners the 911s. The PDK transmission with the double clutch is unnoticeably smooth. You hear it shift but don't feel it. The 4-cylider engine with turbo charger has no noticeable turbo lag and its 300 hp moves the car along at an exhilarating pace. Can go fast in the straightaways but it is more fun straightening out curves.

I traded a base Cayman with PDK for a Boxster S with a 6-speed. The extra power and the manual transmission had a dramatic positive effect on the driving experience. This is the best of several sports cars that I have owned. Porsches are well known for very expensive options, which is why I recommend buying a good used one that has already deprecated.

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I own the 2019 Boxter S. Its an amazing vehicle. Excellent handling, comfort. Good value for money too. Only thing is Navigation could be improved.

Our sales representative was Jeremy. He went over the top in every aspect of this deal. I had viewed a vehicle online and he contacted me. I stated what I wanted to pay and how much I would spend monthly. That vehicle sold. So a couples days later he had his sales manager reach out to us. "By the way we had another car on its way through an online retailer." I spoke with the manager he said he just received a vehicle with the options I wanted and could get me to my price range. So for them to to contact me was huge....most places you are calling them constantly. Jeremy then stayed 2 hours after his day ended to help us test drive and purchase the vehicle. There was no back and forth negations, no lets see what we can do. I stated the price point and they had everything done and ready by the time we got there. It made the process effortless and very smooth. We cancelled our online purchase that evening. I would go through them for every car purchase from now. Thank you to the manager and Jeremy for all the assistance and help. We are in love with our new car and you guys made it my easiest car purchase ever.

Ran into Dave and his gang over at the store here in Wichita, Kansas. What a great gang!! Not only did Dave show me around the dealership he provided me a tour of their gigantic campus. Dave and his buddy Richard are from Chicago and bring a certain flavor down to the Wichita area that is not expected in these parts. Being that I am from Hutch I wasnt prepared for such nice fellas. Just a great job guys! And hey I will grab some pizza.

Excellent ergonomics. Quality interior. Software instruction could use work. You tube helps but too general. Noisy startup but eventually goes away. Rev match only for down shifting not for upshifting as on some other cars.

These guys are a dream to deal with. There was absolutely no 'used car dealer' attitude here. They didn't try and upsell my anything I didn't need or want. They even held the car for me over the weekend until I could pick up Monday. And Danny even checked in with me over the weekend to make sure I was okay with the purchase! All around this was, without a doubt, the easiest transaction i have ever dealt with.

This is great. The GTS version is all you can ever wanted from a sport performance car. Sport suspension makes you feel closer to the ground and smooth curves. This is excellent.
