I purchased a new Lexus NX hybrid here in Nov 2023. The process was smooth from start to finish. I am from out of town so the whole process was done by phone, text and email until the in-person pickup. The exact car I wanted was not in stock, but my sales manager located one that was in transit and reserved it for me. All pricing was transparent, reasonable, and stress free (this was my second Lexus purchase from an Autonation dealership and the transparency and favorable pricing are an area where they shined in both transactions). Once at the dealership the sales person went over the car features and initial customization, spending a good bit of time with me. The other person I worked with was the manager in the business office who handled the closing paperwork/payment. Both individuals were wonderful to work with.

This car makes going anywhere fun. It's my daily driver, and I always look forward to getting behind the wheel. It's been super reliable. Not the most economical car, but I have never regretted the purchase.

Like the Color combination and constantly get compliments on it. Traded a base model 2018 Cayman 718 which was very fine car but this car is just that much better; I wish I could have kept both. PDK with paddle shift and console shift makes me wonder how I even drove a car with clutch peddle. Sounds good, like the fuel economy and ample trunk in front and back. This car met all my needs. First of all, it’s a Porsche. It's obviously a bit expensive and less practical and It's two sitters. That's all the cons. Everything else is aweeeeesome.

We had an amazing experience purchasing our first Porsche from this dealership. Our salesperson, George, went above and beyond to make the whole process of the test drive, explaining the cars features, and purchase experience painless and stress free. When we first found the car we wanted, I sent an inquiry over email late in the day. George called me after hours and discussed our interest in the car and went out of his way to ensure that the car was still available so we can see it the next day. Later that evening after 9pm, I thought I had given him the wrong vin on the car we wanted. I wanted to confirm so I texted him thinking he’d respond in the morning. He responded within 15 mins and actually called me to review the vin and insure it was the right one. I was driving 2+ hours to see the vehicle and didn’t want to make a wasted trip.
