We purchased a 2017 every disappointed we were mislead on many things on this vehicle our salesman needs a little more experience in sailing cars we were told it was a turbo not true we were told it had all extras on it not true I know we should have done our homework a little better but we depend on the dealership bad mistake the manger after we contracted him was like well it’s your problem now they got our money we paid cash they don’t care now unfortunately we’re stuck with the car don’t get me wrong it’s a nice car but sure didn’t have the thing on it they said it did they offer us no recourse and unfortunately we have to take back there for our service we live about 2hrs away I’m looking into another dealership that will honor our service i would never buy another car from them again
I contacted the Sales Manager Haydn Howe, inquiring about this vehicle. I live in Hawaii and was vacationing to the Chandler area. I arrived at the dealership on Tuesday morning and Haydn asked Emil Najar to show me the vehicle. Emil took me through the car and answered all of my questions. We went out on a test drive and the car performed fantastic. I was going to look at another vehicle, but I was enamored with this car. I made an offer and it was accepted. The paperwork took a little longer than normal, as I financed through USAA and the car is going to be shipped to Hawaii. I drove the car for 5 days in the Phoenix Valley and now it is back at the dealership, awaiting transportation to Hawaii.
Emir's knowledge about Porsche is amazing and he gave me great insight into this vehicle.
Lastly, I had some concerns about the IMS bearing issue and the General Manager Russell Schwartzman took the time to explain this issue and reassured me about this great car I was purchasing.

We then changed gears and test drove a used, CPO 2018 GTS in the sapphire blue we were interested in. We fell in love and Adam made the buying experience as minimally painful as possible. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and non-pressured. Helps when what you're selling is such a high quality product. We appreciated Adam and Ginger staying late on Friday night to help finalize the purchase (with no pushy upselling). When the car was ready (after window tinting and detailing), Adam delivered it to our house in North Scottsdale (40 minutes away), in time for us to take it up to Sedona for Thanksgiving. That confirmed their commitment to high end customer service. And our new blue stallion is fantastic! Few things in life live up to the expectations, our Macan GTS exceeded them.

I was completely impressed by Seth (sales consultant) and Jonathan (finance manager) during our car buying experience at RTGT!! We're from the Spokane area and were a little leary about purchasing from a distance, but Seth and the team made the whole experience so smooth! Seth even went out of his way to pick us up and bring us to RTGT. They were easy to work with, talk to, and they really rolled out the red carpet for us (we purchased a pre-owned SUV).

I recently purchased a Boxter S from the Porsche Colorado Springs, and needed some help installing the chip and software for Porsche Connect Plus. On Black Friday, late in the day, when the dealership learned that I needed the chip, they sent a sales representative to my home and talked me through the installation and configuration of the software. These folks are the most conscientious and courteous Porsche reps I've ever met! I can's say enough good things about these guys! The buying experience was fast, fun and painless, and the support is first class. I highly recommend buying from this dealership! It was definitely worth the drive.
At this dealership I had the best experience I’ve had when buying a car. I live 7 hours away and drive to this dealership to trade for a different vehicle. It was worth every moment I spent on the highway. They offered to pay for my hotel room, and buy lunch if needed. The staff was fantastic, and my salesman was for friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I plan to use this dealership for my future purchases. I think whoever is reading this should to. Just the professionalism alone is with you stopping by.
Have had many Porsches and been to many Dealer/repair facilities. Needed a repair on my Cayenne and Boxster as I was traveling through St Louis.....twice in a year. Last repair was a fix on lousy repair job from another place. I was accomdated immediately. Got towed to This dealer and repair done quickly, completely and correctly. I was kept up to date on repair in a timely manner during the process and prices were reasonable. Here is the "over the top". All Porsche dealers wash the Porsche before returning it to customer but none I have gone to before have done it very well and have the rims very clean. My rims were not only clean but shiney. Excellent place with perfect qualified associates.
This is my third Porsche bought at this dealership. The Porsche Exchange in Highland Park by far is the best Porsche dealership in the Midwest. From customer service to technicians to sales they care about you. I've owned many cars and I will continue to buy my Porsches only at the Porsche Exchange in Highland Park. I had been searching on-line for months for a Macan S and finally found this one at Porsche of No Olmsted. I shot a quick email inquiry and within minutes heard back from Ken Daugherty. A few quick emails and 2 phone calls later, I had made this purchase. I had never bought a vehicle from an out of state dealer. Ken made this just seamless and flawless. Their price was better than any comparable car I had found with any local dealer. They arranged for a "door to door" covered truck delivery. I experienced a little hiccup with this dealership, but it was quicky resolved by Mr. Paul Nogrady. After speaking with Paul about my issue, he assured me that he would "make things right." I must say, Paul didn't make things right, he actually MADE EVERYTHING BETTER! The vehicle that I purchased was BETTER than the one I initially wanted. Ross was very helpful and went through lists of inventory, cars being shipped and even cars about to be built to find the car I wanted. Ross understood what features were important to me and explained the benefits of other available options. Ross found a car that met my needs and exceeded my expectations of beauty. In addition this vehicle was a 2019 model and was delivered quickly. I avoided waiting too long. Ross and the dealer were able to work with the dealer who originally ordered this vehicle and make it available for me. The overall experience was great and I am confident that the after-sales relationship and experience will be great.

Scott is the ultimate professional. His knowledge and love of cars (Porsche) shines through when he speaks to you and shares his passion. I initially met Scott while looking for a part for another Porsche that I had recently gotten (used from a friend). Scott not only advised me about the part, he actually showed me how to un-install the old part and install the new upgrade. The Parts manager did the same thing for me for another upgrade. About a month later, my wife was looking for a new car and Scott took the time to teach her about the various models, not just 'push' her to buy a car. I will continue to be a client of theirs and have told many friends that they should look at this dealership and work with Scott Doty when they are considering a Porsche.
