I recently leased my second Porsche Panamera and I must say my experience at the Annapolis location is by far my best car shopping experience EVER. From the time I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by Brett Smith and KT Nesbit and made to feel extremely welcome. This was a huge change from what I experienced years ago at this location when I was in the market for my first Porsche. I'm so glad I decided to give this location another chance after a friend told me it was under new management. The changes that have since been implemented undoubtely made for a pleasurable experience overall and is a true testament to strong and effective leadership, superb customer service and high quality standards! KT and Brett were extremely knowledgeable, professional and first class all around. The bar has definitely been set high and I highly recommend!

Most car buying experiences are often wrought with the misfortune of a dealership who's not it tune with it's clients until Audi Silverspring. I met Ryan Henehan [Inventory Mgr] while waiting for information about a specific trim but he personified the understanding of a certain culture of leadership that titles do not make leaders.His understanding of "Taking Ownership" is why we ended up buying our vehicle here. Ryan possesses an acute sense of Relational Intelligence from his measured words that had succinct impact,to exemplary follow-up even when i'd expressed that I was moving on to other alternatives. Ryan isn't part of the sales staff but I tell you,he became the most important person to whom my wife and I committed our loyalty. Michael Boesenberg (my salesperson) was very professional and welcoming, from the time I walked in the door (did not over look me, due to the fact that I am a young looking black female). Did not pressure me into making a purchase, I felt very comfortable expressing exactly what I wanted. He continued to search for the type of Porsche that I wanted (I turned down a few vehicles) lol. Michael offered me some very good advise, that I found to be helpful. And now I am a first time owner of a brand new 2018 Porsche. I am very pleased with my decision, and buying experience.

Towson Porsche did not even appear as a dealer option when I requested quotes via Edmunds. Only after hearing about dealerrater.com from one of the other Porsche dealers, did I check Towson out. My previous experience from a service standpoint from the Porsche dealership Towson acquired was not good, so i was a bit skeptica. My wife and I visited one Saturday late in the day. Steve,the Sales Manager, may have been the only sales person there. We were looking at the Cayenne diesel. Steve was very knowledgeable about it. We went back and drove one a second time. Never did we feel "hounded". His professional approach was a key reason we selected Towson.
I took my 2011 Cayman in for its 100,000 mile service, Britney Winter with the Service department met me, and quickly filled out the needed paper work and showed me to my Macan loaner.
The service was done quickly, but since I had things to do in the evening, they allowed me to return the loaner the next morning!
Great experience at Porsche of Annapolis ! Bing was amazing to work with, super friendly and helpful! He made us feel valued. Their whole team is wonderful!
