Came in to Rallye for the car???s first oil/filter change and tire rotation. Told my service rep Chy that I needed to be out quickly, and he made sure I was on the road before the time I requested. Fantastic!
Ross was very helpful and went through lists of inventory, cars being shipped and even cars about to be built to find the car I wanted. Ross understood what features were important to me and explained the benefits of other available options. Ross found a car that met my needs and exceeded my expectations of beauty. In addition this vehicle was a 2019 model and was delivered quickly. I avoided waiting too long. Ross and the dealer were able to work with the dealer who originally ordered this vehicle and make it available for me. The overall experience was great and I am confident that the after-sales relationship and experience will be great.
They had the car I wanted at near the right price. Managed to get them down some and got them to include a car cover. My Sales person worked REALLY hard to get me the financing I required to get into this car. Not to many bank were willing to do the deal on a car over 100,000 for 84 months and so little down, but some how they managed it. Granted the rate isn't good but I plan on refinancing as soon as possible. But they got me in a dream car that new MSRP was 208,800, and over had 6754 miles on it. I bought a 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo from these guys and it was an excellent car. Like any other buyer at first I was concerned with purchasing my used 911, it is almost a $90k investment which I was concerned with but this place was recommended by a friend of mine(car fanatic) which I trust and he steered me the right way. I am glad I found these guys. Sales rep Anton was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right car for me. Him and his manager Michael worked out a great deal for me and I was very happy with my purchase. Long story short, a few days later a check engine light came on and I had to bring the car back to get looked at. I was very nervous at first as I have just picked up my car, but the guys at service together with the sales rep took me right in, gave me a brand new loaner for the day while they looked over my car. It turned out to be a small sensor that needed replacing, I was uncomfortable, but when it was all done I have to say that the team at Roslyn dealer went above and beyond to handle my needs. Thanks guys!!! and I love this car!!!
I have purchased 4 cars from John, and each purchase is a duplicate of the each one. John does not rush you, explains each option you have for the car that you are looking for, along with the options in others models that you are not purchasing for a comparison. For my last purchase, when I was on the fence on whether or not to purchase my current car, John drove with me to his off premises site to personally show me every model of the car I was looking for, so I could see first hand the difference in each model. That is the type of person and sales person you should be looking for when purchasing these types of cars. The purchase end of the transaction is quick, complete and very non-time consuming. Overall, I have and will continue to not only use John but to continue to recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Porsche.
Purchased a 2018 GT3 from Farzan and Paul. Both were great to work with, especially being an out-of-state buyer. Farzan's communication is good and kept me updated on the production status of my car throughout the process. He doesn't BS around and keeps everything professional. He also arranged covered transportation of the vehicle once delivered. I did have a small cosmetic issue upon delivery that Paul and Farzan took care of for me. Things do happen and it's great to work with a dealership that stands by their customers. If you're thinking of working with Porsche of South Shore, Farzan, and Paul, you're in good hands.
I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with my total experience at RFMC. From my first contact, email, text then phone call, RFMC responded quickly and professionally. I asked many questions before deciding to make the four hour drive from Maryland to Long Island. The car that I had come to see, a 2006 Porsche 911 C2S. I found it to be far more impressive in person. This 12 year old car was literally, “as new”. I was intending to make an offer lower than the price we discussed, but after seeing, scrutinizing and driving this car I had fallen in love with it. They helped me arrange for a PPI and unlike other dealers, did not charge me to have it transported to the shop for inspection. There were minimal findings but Ryan himself addressed any concerns without me having to even ask. I’ve been driving her for several weeks now and am even more pleased than ever. Last of all, being a “car guy”, I loved viewing the rest of their inventory, all exceptional! Louie and Ryan know cars and obviously have the ability to select the best of the best. Wish I lived closer so I could stop by and check out the new arrivals.
Buying a car here was efficient, direct and a pleasure. The folks we dealt with, Viviana G., Anthony R. and Jake S. were honorable, delivered what they promised and conducted business in a very professional manner. There was no bait and switch, no misrepresentation and no false promises. Everything promised was delivered and it all was done in a cheerful and cooperative manner. When it was time to deliver my Lamborghini Huracan, Bernardo V. was outstanding. He explained every detail taking time but not too much time. I was treated like royalty from the time I drove into the service area until the time we drove the car off the lot.
Folks at this dealership understand time is money (for me and for them) and they don't want to fool around if you are just a Lookey Lou! I like details and like to document my cars and I went to an extreme in asking questions about this car's history. Every single question was answered in detail and done without a single complaint. When any bumps arose in the process (I'm in Massachusetts and the car was titled in NY) they were straightened out quickly and the paper process was totally covered. I really appreciate the positive attitude displayed, the willingness to negotiate when it was appropriate but also the direct discussion when the bottom line numbers had been reached.
I don't write a lot of reviews but Manhattan MC deserves every word of praise you read above.
If you have the proper resources this Dealership is the best place for your money. There are always good value for money on the cars offered at this Dealership. The salesman are top notch and they know there products well. You will not be disappointed.
No Hassel, No Stress purchase. My 4th Porsche with this dealership. Purchased this Panamera back and fourth thru email with Joe. My wife also recently leased a Macan with Joe and also is extremely happy. Been doing business with Ray Catena for many years and hopefully many more to come.
