They had the car I wanted at near the right price. Managed to get them down some and got them to include a car cover. My Sales person worked REALLY hard to get me the financing I required to get into this car. Not to many bank were willing to do the deal on a car over 100,000 for 84 months and so little down, but some how they managed it. Granted the rate isn't good but I plan on refinancing as soon as possible. But they got me in a dream car that new MSRP was 208,800, and over had 6754 miles on it. We just purchased a used 2016 Acura MDX SH-AWD through our contact with cars.com. We drover 4 hrs. and we had excellent customer service. All of our questions were answered, and any minor questions or issues we had were immediately remedied. This is a very exclusive dealership and we were treated with kindness and respect. This dealership wants your business, internet or walk-in, and makes sure you are happy when you leave. We purchased our car through their internet sales (Jessica) and drove 4 hrs to pick it up. Our salesman (Sevet) at Paramus Land Rover was personable, waiting for us to arrive. Sevet maintained a high level of professionalism and integrity. I did read the other reviews before we purchased this vehicle, but felt our opinions matter with first hand experience. If anyone had a problem with this dealership then they must of had a communication breakdown some place. I bought a 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo from these guys and it was an excellent car. Like any other buyer at first I was concerned with purchasing my used 911, it is almost a $90k investment which I was concerned with but this place was recommended by a friend of mine(car fanatic) which I trust and he steered me the right way. I am glad I found these guys. Sales rep Anton was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right car for me. Him and his manager Michael worked out a great deal for me and I was very happy with my purchase. Long story short, a few days later a check engine light came on and I had to bring the car back to get looked at. I was very nervous at first as I have just picked up my car, but the guys at service together with the sales rep took me right in, gave me a brand new loaner for the day while they looked over my car. It turned out to be a small sensor that needed replacing, I was uncomfortable, but when it was all done I have to say that the team at Roslyn dealer went above and beyond to handle my needs. Thanks guys!!! and I love this car!!!
I had done all of my home work prior to calling any Porsche dealer. After calling 4 different Porsche stores I began to feel that this was going to be a stressful process. I don't get it! I had saved the money but every sales person I spoke to was extremely condescending, telling me I must finance at their rate. I had almost decided to keep my current car, but since I had pulled 5 numbers of dealers near by I called Roslyn Porsche. I am so relived I did so. The experience was now what i had in mind ( i've never owned a Porsche before, but i did trade a Brabus Mercedes SL, so am no stranger to being treated well by my dealer). I purposely chose not to tell any of the dealers my trade since I am not looking or a phony sales person / dealer who see's me as $$$$. Despite their lack of 'safe' parking (on a very busy street), I would highly recommend this facility. I have only interacted with 3 of their employees during the process. It is worth mentioning Luciano in the service department went in my opinion above and beyond. I was scheduled to have a loaner car but my scheduled car had not been returned the prior evening, annoying for me, but I can't blame him ( even though I want to!). In less than 15 mins Luciano had a rental SUV at the dealer and told me he would cover the cost. My feeling of being a 'victim' instantly changed to a feeling of 'gratitude'. I had not asked for a rental and was focused on who I could call to pick me up. In my experience it's almost impossible find any company who will provide service after the sale which leads me to my sales person Darren. I actually apologized to him on delivery for my attitude. The prior experiences left me very frustrated, and he remained composed and professional despite my 'venting'. I intentionally waited a year before commenting so I could accurately evaluate this dealer. Example: I called Darren @ 4:24pm last Sunday with a service question and he picked up. WOW! (he gives his cell number to all his clients and told me 24/7). While I don't really think the above comments are exceeding my expectations, I feel the other dealers don't even come close. Best by default? Or my standards are too high. Either way, Porsche Roslyn met my standard and these days that in its self is commending.
I was able to schedule a convenient time for my vehicles annual state safety and emissions inspection. I was able to enjoy a bagel and coffeee while I waited for my vehicle. The inspection was done promptly and I was offered a car wash following the inspection. Very good people to work with.
I???ve been looking for a well-maintained Jaguar XK and was thrilled to find it at Porsche Greenwich. Garry took spectacularly good care of me, and the car is immaculate. I couldn???t be happier. Thanks, Garry!

Anthony Mastroianna was the sales associate that assisted me from start to finish. His approach was warm and welcoming and at no time during the process did I feel pressured.
Ross was very helpful and went through lists of inventory, cars being shipped and even cars about to be built to find the car I wanted. Ross understood what features were important to me and explained the benefits of other available options. Ross found a car that met my needs and exceeded my expectations of beauty. In addition this vehicle was a 2019 model and was delivered quickly. I avoided waiting too long. Ross and the dealer were able to work with the dealer who originally ordered this vehicle and make it available for me. The overall experience was great and I am confident that the after-sales relationship and experience will be great.
