The automotive purchasing experience is usually all about the sales person. From the receptionist to the guy facilitating service customer exits there was a positive focus on the customer. My service manager really tried figure out the issue with my car. Simple diagnostics were not providing the answers but he was able sort out likely issues and remedies using alternative methods.
