I worked with Marty, and he did an amazing job describing the vehicle, and sending me additional pictures to help me make an informed purchasing decision. Marty did an exceptional job of explaining the vehicle, and how it rated in comparison to other Porsche models, as well as other similar models available elsewhere. His professionalism was exceptional, and he never pushed me into a decision to purchase, but rather educated me on if it was right for me. Overall it was an excellent experience, and I would work with Marty again.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I was able to schedule a convenient time for my vehicles annual state safety and emissions inspection. I was able to enjoy a bagel and coffeee while I waited for my vehicle. The inspection was done promptly and I was offered a car wash following the inspection. Very good people to work with.
Ross was very helpful and went through lists of inventory, cars being shipped and even cars about to be built to find the car I wanted. Ross understood what features were important to me and explained the benefits of other available options. Ross found a car that met my needs and exceeded my expectations of beauty. In addition this vehicle was a 2019 model and was delivered quickly. I avoided waiting too long. Ross and the dealer were able to work with the dealer who originally ordered this vehicle and make it available for me. The overall experience was great and I am confident that the after-sales relationship and experience will be great.
Giovanny was the salesman I contacted at Gary motors. He was very helpful and easy to deal with. I had a very good experience with Gary Motors. We got a lot of the deal done over the phone and thru e-mail since I live out of state, but when I got to the dealership is was in and out in 20 minutes.
Overall I’d say everything went smooth and I’d recommend Gary Motors and Giovanny to anyone looking to get a great deal on a car.

Buying a car here was efficient, direct and a pleasure. The folks we dealt with, Viviana G., Anthony R. and Jake S. were honorable, delivered what they promised and conducted business in a very professional manner. There was no bait and switch, no misrepresentation and no false promises. Everything promised was delivered and it all was done in a cheerful and cooperative manner. When it was time to deliver my Lamborghini Huracan, Bernardo V. was outstanding. He explained every detail taking time but not too much time. I was treated like royalty from the time I drove into the service area until the time we drove the car off the lot.
Folks at this dealership understand time is money (for me and for them) and they don't want to fool around if you are just a Lookey Lou! I like details and like to document my cars and I went to an extreme in asking questions about this car's history. Every single question was answered in detail and done without a single complaint. When any bumps arose in the process (I'm in Massachusetts and the car was titled in NY) they were straightened out quickly and the paper process was totally covered. I really appreciate the positive attitude displayed, the willingness to negotiate when it was appropriate but also the direct discussion when the bottom line numbers had been reached.

They had the car I wanted at near the right price. Managed to get them down some and got them to include a car cover. My Sales person worked REALLY hard to get me the financing I required to get into this car. Not to many bank were willing to do the deal on a car over 100,000 for 84 months and so little down, but some how they managed it. Granted the rate isn't good but I plan on refinancing as soon as possible. But they got me in a dream car that new MSRP was 208,800, and over had 6754 miles on it.
