The sales associate, Blake, made the process easy, and while buying a car is never enjoyable, relatively painless. Flow's approach to selling cars seems to be to allow knowledgeable sales associates guide you through a no-pressure process. Highly recommend them.

My experience at Porsche’s in Wallingford was a great one. The purchasing transaction was seamless. Communication with the salesperson was very good. The three persons that I encountered were very professional.

I recently acquired my first Porsche, a new 2017 Boxster S with manual transmission. Jeff Akasten was my sales guy and in addition to being friendly and knowledgeable, he went the extra mile to source the vehicle I wanted from CT and arranged transport so I could take delivery on the day I wanted; no easy task as the transaction came together quickly and all of the dealer's normal drivers were unavailable. Jeff hired a truck to transport the car and it was delivered as promised. Would definitely recommend Jeff and Porsche of Norwell to friends and will do business there again. P.S. - They also gave me a very fair price even though I did not pick a car off of their lot, and the negotiation was painless.
While producing Cash, Credit, Chocolate and Tea in Salt Lake City as part of Sundance Institute Applicant for Documentary Film Fund, after finalist for Academy Film Scholarship from Academy Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Los Angeles, CA, (Keanu Reeves inspired), I was happy to walk into this gorgeous luxury retail environment and see the vehicles of my dreams as well as learn about the options for colors and styles. I love the brand and love German technology. It is a dream to cover each of the vehicles, own them, know them, share them, and especially the green, hybrid, electric options that are now available.

I have driven Porsches for most my adult life and have needed repairs over the years. I am amazed and grateful for the excellent service I have found at Michael Stead. Courteous, efficient, reasonable, all delivered by polite, qualified staff.
I filled out an online form and Mike Pardini literally called me about 15 mins later. Right away I could tell he was not the typical car salesman. Very laid back on the phone and answered all my questions that I initially emailed the dealership about. We did all the negotiation over the phone. He picked me up from bart and had the car and paperwork ready when we arrived at the dealership. I was only there for a total of 30 minutes. I drove back into the city and finished my workday. I would work with Mike again he made it easy.
I ordered an Audi Q7 remotely
The rep and financing manager were courteous and fast to process the deal. It took only a few days to have the whole contract signed and the car shipped. The car mileage and Carfax report were as displayed online.
I asked the rep if the car had no specific damage that I couldn;t see on pictures he said no but there were actually several scratches on the inside plastic nothing huge but still disappointing
The manual included was for another model (TT)
Overall a good experience with a courteous and responsive team I'd recommend working with them

I ordered a car from Audi Burlingame based on a recommendation from my boss. Unfortunately, YMMV as my experience was no where near hers. Once the car was ordered, the communication was virtually non-existent. Emails and phone calls to the sales adviser went unanswered or returned. Eventually, out of the blue I got a call telling me when the car was being built and when it should arrive. However, I had already moved on and secured a same vehicle at a discount with more options. Needless to say I cancelled my deposit with Audi Burlingame. If the sales adviser would have been more communicative, then I more than likely would have waited for my ordered vehicle.
