Be prepared to be treated well

I worked off and on with Alpine in the multi month process of trying to decide which 3/4 ton truck worked for me. Every interaction was consistently great, and Mike Malone in Internet sales put in miles and hours checking the specs on every Sierra in which I was interested. But I was never pressured and arrived at my decision on my time frame. From sales to finance to service, everyone was committed to getting it right and they were relentless on making sure my experience was good. As a customer of the largest BMW dealership in CO for the last 14 years, I was stunned at how Alpine performed at such a higher level. Shows you how culture and people matter more (Alpine has it) than a giant corporate structure that forces down "customer experience." Thanks Alpine.
