My go to dealership always as customer service from advisor and consultant to mechanic and to all staff there has been great and issues when working with them!

I didn't think it would happen at a Porsche dealership but this was literally the easiest and quickest car purchase I have ever had in my life. I called Marilyn and asked about a particular car that I had been searching for months trying to find. Marilyn and her team gave me a GREAT price and I drove 2 hours out there to pick up the car that day. I was in and out and back home in a matter of hours. I had called nearly every other Porsche dealer in the So. Cal. area and none were as fair, transparent, or attentive as Woodland Hills.

Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

Great customer service by Carlos in the service department! He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and attentive and took the time to address all of my concerns and explain everything to me, to best maintain my car. Would recommend Carlos and Porsche South Bay without hesitation!

Dropped off my Macan S for computer updates, & a couple other services. Paul took care of me, & delivered a friendly, professional experience. My car was ready at the time he quoted. I would highly recommend this dealership for any/all services.

At Newport Auto, Sasha Poleshuk, did an amazing job helping me find the perfect Porsche MACAN SUV. He spent hours, days helping me decide in person, or by text, which car and which color. He helped me navigate the possibility of tariffs if we were to order a car. His patience and kindness made the difference in helping me choose to pick a car from the inventory. I purchased the car but he also made arrangements with the dealership to hold the car for a couple of days. I was so thrilled when I brought my husband and a friend to pick up the car. Porsche Woodland Hills has a fantastic team of staff always a great selection of cars and can trade cars with other dealerships.
