Hi the dealership is wonderful as the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have great service, but the only thing that hurts them is the price. The cars are thousands of dollars higher than other place I looked so did not buy from the dealer.

Now about my deal, Roy really took care of this from start to finish, his ability to handle this in a timely manner is what won this one, I was actually dealing with two different dealerships and Roy's response time single handedly got it. I know some people don't want to be overwhelmed but I am one that needs to get as much done in a timely manner as possible, my time is valuable and waiting on a salesman to get me information in the 21st century is just not up to par. Roy was very responsive, he knew the care even though you only had it for a few days, he got me pictures from his phone to mine, he got the car file emailed to me which included carfax, I could go on and on. At the time I was on overload but it's nice having all that available to help make the decision. Heck the other vehicle I was looking at I couldn't even get the miles off of it because it was being used as a loaner!! SINGLE POC is the way to go, me trying to talk to manager, or finance, or title people is crap. Great job Sewell and Roy!

Driving where speed limits are not really important ,having owned 928 ,turbo,gt3,this car is perfect for everyday driving FAST! I like to compare to a nice pair of Italian shoes… Fyi 150 kmh is normal driving and not just in highways !

Went in for oil change and service manager warranted and fixed many things I didn't even know were wrong. Left very happy. No more squeaks or rattles.

Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

Great car. Has everything you can think of. Sad because it didn't come with a moon roof and no place to put my sunglasses at.

I think most of people here have not driven a Macan 3.6 Turbo engine with 400+ HP. This car is amazing you can't compare this one with other lower Macan models. this is the one to have.. We owned several Porsches including Cayennes turboS. This is a compact daily driving machine with Lot's of power and is fully loaded. The turbos 3.6 cost over $100K after taxes for a reason , Please don't compare this model with other low built Porsches for middle class, this is a High End Vehicle for a reason ...maybe the same as compare the Boxer with a 911 Turbo S.

Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. Tom Caufield was AMAZING! He helped me purchase a car for my mom who lives in Texas while I was in Virginia. He went above and beyond, taking the car for my mom to test drive, helping me through the loan process, and finally dropping the car off to my mom in spectacular condition. I dealt with about 7-10 dealerships prior to working with Tom and no other dealership was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my elderly mother was accommodated while I was hundreds of miles away. Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

2nd one .. 1st was a 2016 "S" and it was wonderful through 75k miles with wonderful trade in vale.. Next is a 2020 Turbo, and it is a great improvement in performance, though we were never disappointed with the 'S'. Highly recommend to anyone as long as size works. A great mix of performance and SUV. If you can stand smaller, get the 911, and the cabriolet is our recommendation! recent service loaner was a Taycan 4S.... we were very, very impressed but I miss the sound and range!

Exceptional service. Recently, I purchased 2 vehicles from ECarOne in Plano TX.  My experience with ECarOn from my Sale advisor Dau Nguyen to Ash Osman in Finance was smooth and painless.   I communicated with Dau a few times regarding the Price of these cars and Trade in values, approx a week before we drove from Houston area to Plano.   Dau was very courteous, professional, straightforward and gave me a fair deal on the trade in.  I felt comfortable enough to drive 3.5 hrs to see him.  Once we arrived at the dealer, cars were in front ready for us to test drive.  With Dau's help, we were in and out with the new cars in a very short time.   We got two beautiful and in almost brand new condition cars, a 2021 Maserati GranLusso Levante for myself and a 2024 BMW X1 for my daughter.  Ash was easy to deal with, he did not hassle me into something I dont want and gave me a good deal on the extended warranty which I asked for.   I found my car dealer in TX now, and I will be back in the future.  I strongly recommend Dau Nguyen and ECarOne if you are looking for used luxury cars in great condition at good prices.

This car meets all my needs from business Monday to casual Friday. It is true Porsche design and engineering. The Macan has a spacious backseat and plenty of cargo room for a run to the grocery store or weekend trip to the coast.

I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

2018 Macan S CPO .. I’ve owned a lot of cars/trucks over the years, BMW’s, Mercedes, Hondas, Chevy’s, Ford’s, Buicks, etc. and so far this Macan S brings the biggest smile .. stupid fast .. minimal road noise .. fabulous interior .. Bose surround sound .. great information systems .. a well thought out and built SUV .. no disappointments so far ….

I had an exhaust pipe and muffler replaced. A few days later I noticed a loud rattle noise. Technician found a bolt on the mounting bracket that was not tightened all the way. Cost me $35 in uber charges in total, back home and to pickup, as I had to to leave the car overnight

This Macan S model car has all of the bells and whistles: navigation, power everything, integrated phone, voice control, paddle shifters, heated and air conditioned seats, cruise control, leather, smart headlights that turn into curves, and rain sensing wipers. The car has the six cylinder turbo 348 HP engine with 414 lf-ft of torque. Very quick and responsive. The ride is smooth, and the car handles great. The only con is the sun visors are too short.
