Searched for months for an honest new VW Dealer. Finally, through TrueCar.com, found Paramount. Listed w/TC and found Parker Grove @ Paramount. Same day as contact, they delivered exactly for which I was looking. Unbelievable. No charge for delivery (100+ miles?), and discounted vehicle $5000. A distance transaction with (understandably) difficult logistics, paperwork, but well worth the search. This model is being disconntinued for 2018, and difficult to find. Had the vehicle 2 days, but only driven 7 miles (raining) and working. Hey, Parker, where do I mount the front license plate...Virgina requires them! Only minor problem so far with the car...I'm sure there is a resolution. Thank you, Parker. I'm a Vietnam Era veteran, and 28+ years sworn policed officer, retired (working easier work as security). I love German engineering. I pray all the reviews of this car are nearly true. I'm still driving a '99 Jetta TDI (110,000 miles) that gets locally 48-50 mpg...tire pressure needs checked and Marvel Mystery Oil needs to be used again.) I recently purchased a 2018 Land Rover Discovery from KZ. I found the car over the internet because I knew exactly what I wanted, and JLR of Chantilly had it in stock. Lucky me! All I had to do was make the deal over the telephone, and hope that when I showed up everything was as I expected. Some may be very comfortable with that idea, but I was not. Making a major purchase like this over the phone was somewhat scary. I do not normally write reviews like this, but this experience was so enjoyable that I'm making an exception. From start to finish, KZ took excellent care of me. He walked me through the car specifications to double and triple check it met my needs. In addition to getting exactly the car I wanted - KZ helped me get the windows tinted and wheels painted before I ever saw the vehicle. I flew into VA, made my way to the dealership and met KZ for the first time, and was gone within hours with a car that I love at the best price nationwide. Everything went according to expectations. Car was serviced (10,000 mile). Loaner was very nice. Car was ready before I asked. Lastly the car was washed and detailed (at least tire black applied to tires).
Would go back in a heart beat and recommend to others.

I first visited Porsche of the Main Line in February 2016 to test drive the Macan, but not expecting to be replacing my Infiniti QX50 (which I've loved) until early 2017. In any case, I was keen to include the Jaguar F-Pace in my selection list and it wasn't yet released. It was a great visit, meeting a very friendly and knowledgeable sales executive, who was delighted to give me plenty of time and attention even though I wasn't an imminent buyer - I felt sure I'd be back! The F-pace was released in May 2016 and I duly test drove that - another enjoyable experience and a worthy competitor, so much so that in Jan 2017, when I was due to change my vehicle, I decided to wait for the "soon to be released" 2018 F-pace! Well, eventually I got to drive that in early June 2017 and shortly thereafter the 2018 Q5 - a huge step forward from the model I test drove in 2014 when selecting my QX50. In fact, it was really difficult to choose a winner between the Audi and the Jaguar! Fortunately, the Porsche Macan and Porsche of the Main Line came to my rescue. It was the final vehicle I drove and for me it stood out as a clear winner - styling better, more precise driving feel, a more luxurious interior and the same through, attentive and no-pressure engagement from the sales executive. It seemed like Randal knew 99.9% of everything you could possibly ask about the Macan, but was still delighted to go and find the answer to any obscure additional question I had. Before I declared my preference, I had my wife and daughter try the Jag, the Audi and finish with the Porsche - they both picked the Porsche as the clear winner. Interestingly, the rear seat ride (something I will probably never experience!) was a huge differentiator for them. With a very specific model and specification in mind, but a desire to take delivery within a couple of weeks, Randal searched dealer inventory across the US and found a great fit for my needs. Within 24 hours he confirmed that they'd secured availability from a dealer in NJ and, on return from a business trip to Europe, I called in and took delivery of my new Macan, with the same great attention to detail from Randal and his colleagues. Not only that, but when finalizing the financing they managed to identify an alternative leasing arrangement that shaved nearly 7% of the monthly payments! I've had it for less than 48 hours but I can already tell that it may not be quite so easy to choose to drive my Jaguar XKR convertible instead of the Porsche, even on the nicest of summer days!
Thursday morning I flew into LaGuardia airport to take delivery of a 2002 911 C4 Cabriolet. By 3:20 PM the transaction was complete, I had NY transit tags and had traveled west over the Tappan Zee Bridge to Town Porsche. My goal was to drive back to Tampa, FL arriving home late Friday. I wanted a competent Porsche mechanic to look at a few items on the Cab before I got into Hurricane Mathew. Upon arriving at Town Porsche, I was greeted by a receptionist who upon listening to my request introduced me to Salvatore Tsegai, Service Manager. Salvatore led me to a service writer and recommended the inspections his mechanic, Gabriel Pesoa, should perform adding, "and there is no charge for this." Everyone I came into contact with at Town Porsche made me feel like family. I even found a Porsche booster seat for my 7 year old grandson I not previously seen. After having made friend with a new group of people, left Town Porsche with confidence in my vehicle to make the trip and a new booster seat. I drove through the hurricane and arrived in Tampa Friday after midnight.
I purchased a 2018 Porsche Panamera in Georgia, but had my 10K service done at the Porsche Exchange, while on vacation in the Chicago area. It was easy to get an appointment and the service advisor was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The work was completed when promised and overall it was a fantastic experience.
To whom it may Concern, I bought my Honda 18 years ago, have used maintenance from Barrington Motors in the past. I have used maintenance closer to me and have only replaced batteries and brakes with original Honda parts. I have kept it in pristine condition and one morning in my garage my radio/CD player would not work without a code to restart it. This was after 18 years and no one could help because when I bought it from you no code was given to me. I had a letter from Honda saying that delivery of my manual was late. With Extraordinary help from Rich Cano he was able to get a code to restart my radio/CD player without having to take the radio out. I recently purchased a used Lexus GX460 from Mark Hughes at Jackie Cooper. I had looked around quite a bit online. I had pretty much narrowed it down to a few different colors / option packages. This left about 10-15 cars within 1,000 miles of me to choose from. I contacted a handful of the dealers who had the cars that fit my criteria. Mark Hughes was, without a doubt, the most thorough and responsive of any of the salesmen I spoke with. I probably should have bought it from the get-go, however, there was a similar vehicle much closer to me. I actually drove 250 miles to go pickup the other vehicle, and when I got there, it had some very obvious (and very bad) prior repairs that had not been disclosed. So, I was even more hesitant to travel from Murfreesboro, TN to Tulsa, OK to buy the GX Jackie Cooper had. However, I talked it over with Mark, he assured me that the vehicle was as described, and we came to an agreement. He went WAYYY above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was as he was describing it, and I was not let down once I arrived. Mark picked me up at my hotel the morning after I arrived. We took the car for a test drive. Got back to the dealer and looked it over. Signed some papers. And then I got on the road. No force feeding me an extended warranty. They did exactly what we agreed on. The car had been checked out and cleaned up as well as could possibly be done. It looked FLAWLESS, which is incredible for a 6 year old/100,000 mile vehicle. They included records where it had recently been to a Lexus dealer for a recall that could only be performed by a Lexus dealer (which Jackie Cooper is not), as well as a service, new air filter, and a few other odds and ends. The vehicle was IMMACULATE. It had a fresh oil change, and a full tank of gas. No noises, squeaks, or engine lights. No unmentioned damage. It was just perfect. I've purchased new cars for more than double the price of my new GX and didn't get the kind of service I got buying a used from from Mark and Jackie Cooper. This is how it should be. I would recommend Jackie Cooper to anyone, and I have all the confidence in the world knowing that they are doing things the way it's supposed to be done. I recently purchased a Boxter S from the Porsche Colorado Springs, and needed some help installing the chip and software for Porsche Connect Plus. On Black Friday, late in the day, when the dealership learned that I needed the chip, they sent a sales representative to my home and talked me through the installation and configuration of the software. These folks are the most conscientious and courteous Porsche reps I've ever met! I can's say enough good things about these guys! The buying experience was fast, fun and painless, and the support is first class. I highly recommend buying from this dealership! It was definitely worth the drive.
Larry Wu was both very patient and helpful throughout the decision and build process. He also made certain to keep me up-to-date on the delivery; very efficient on day of delivery as well.
After a terrible experience at Rusnak! I had the car there(Rusnak Service Dept." for 5 days with an appointment before they did a "Check Engine Light" Like.. come-on! Really!? I decided to take my Porsche out of there and called Porsche Downtown in L.A. and made an appointment for tomorrow morning with Andy Acevedo Service Advisor. Great guy! I dropped my car the next day and they gave me a beautiful loaner. Which Rusnak never offered me the last four times I had brought my 991. I received a call from Andy around 2 p.m. and told me they replaced a defective engine thermostat and the vehicle was ready for pickup! Like Wow!
