Loyal customers
We recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle at Frank Leta Acura and this is our second purchase with the dealership. Each time we’ve received excellent customer service. Kevin Baker was our Product Specialist that helped us with our second purchase and was very instrumental in finding us the right vehicle with the options we were looking for. He was very good with follow up and keeping us updated on our vehicle. We’re really happy with our purchase and the services that we received at Frank Leta Acura!
2022 Turbo GT
Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Most fun, exciting car I’ve ever owned
I bought my 2007 Boxster S about 6 months ago after totaling my 4x4 off-road truck. It was a massive change for me to switch over to a roadster, but I couldn’t be happier I made the switch. I purchased the car with 58k miles on it. Lots of Porsche owners say that’s a ton of miles for the cars, but mine feels just as tight, spirited, and smooth as some of the newer model Boxsters that I test drove. I haven’t had any issues with the car after putting about 5k miles on it, but I did have to replace the clutch, flywheel, clutch bearings, and pressure plate about a week after I bought it. I knew the clutch was worn out, so I worked that into the purchase price. I also had to replace a horn that went out. No biggie. The clutch on any manual will wear out after a while, and the previous owner either didn’t know how to drive a manual properly, or just rode it hard. I was pleased to find out that the 2007 Boxster S doesn’t suffer from the IMS issues earlier models did. I asked my mechanic to check it out while they were replacing the clutch, and he told me it was a non-issue in 2007+ models. I take it out for a drive every evening with the top down (it’s summer in ATL GA), and I can’t stop smiling driving it around. It’s the only car I’ve owned that I get excited about simply driving it to the grocery store. It certainly limits what I can go pick up at Home Depot, but to be honest, it has a surprising amount of storage space considering it’s a two person roadster. Sure it’s older... but owning one, I never feel like I’m driving a 12 year old car. Drives and handles better than 99.9% of 2019 sports cars I test drove before taking a chance on a 987 Boxster S. I did end up replacing all the speakers and audio head unit with a CarPlay enabled one, and installed a small subwoofer. The original Bose speakers were pretty bad. It sounds amazing now, even with the top down. I couldn’t be happier! I hope it lasts another 100k+ miles so I never have to stop driving it.

Jad, The salesperson was absolutely fabulous! He really knew his stuff and shared everything with me without any pressure to purchase the vehicle. Probably the best salesman I've ever dealt with and I'm 72! Steve j. Sisson
Sorry to see it go
I have owned my 1989 Porsche 928 S4 Auto for 4 years, but it's time to let it go. To someone who has never driven one, you're in for a treat. The power is seamless and so is the torque. It's smooth but with a deep V8 rumble. The styling is to die for. You'll either love it or hate it. The S4 and later GTS models are timeless to look at, especially if the wheels have been tastefully upgraded to a more modern size. This is a world-class Grand Tourer (GT) car. I've driven from Las Vegas to beyond Phoenix for a 1 hour appointment and then driven straight back (11 hours). When I got home, I could have done it again. Masterful design. For a 1980s car, the features are ahead of their time: digital computer giving mpg, spds, temperature, range to empty etc.; 8-way power seats, 3 memory settings for seats and mirrors; aluminum body panels, and automatic climate control. Gas mileage is as expected for a 5.0L V8, I averaged 17-18 mpg in mostly highway-biased driving. There are plenty of parts (new and used) still available and huge amounts of support and knowledge on the internet forums (particularly Rennlist). Beware of buying a cheap one (there are plenty). It can eat you out of house and home if there are electrical problems or if you don't maintain it properly. Always get it inspected by someone who knows 928s, not just a Porsche guy, before you part with any money. Don't worry about high mileage as cars that have been driven regularly are usually better mechanically than ones that have been stored for years.

A good ride
Nothing like a Porsche. Looking to buy a new Carrera 911. Porsche should resurrect the 924. It's better than the Boxster by far. Detroit has much to learn.

In '87 traded up from my 924, a lightly used '85. Loved that car, Guards Red & 5 speed manual. Handled incredibly well, and had it up to 130 (speedometer) on the NJ Turnpike once. Wasn't the fastest but nimble made it quick and I thought really good brakes. Saw many Corvettes disappear in the rear view mirror through the twisties in rural Virginia. It did develop a drive shaft problem & expensive repair. But I did most of the maintenance myself - changed timing belt, brake pads, oil, plugs, etc.

The 944 is a joy to drive the NA versions are slow car
The 944 is a joy to drive the NA versions are slow car fast and handle even worn out very well. The motor is present not spectacular at low rpm it's vw 2.slow like at the top end it's all good induction noise like many non 8 cylinder German engines. Braking is decent but not modern, Interior on the early cars is cheap the later ones less cheap, seats are comfy and the hatch is very usable, exterior looks good the pop up headlights add to the screaming 1980s vibe and in the right color looks great. Starting with the cons it's not fast my but dyno tells me mine is making 110ish hp at 260,000 you want fast get a C4 or C5 Vette when the car does need work it's not cheap took $4,500 doing it all myself to bring mine back from the brink of death not great but decent for a Porsche. Interior and wear items can often be worn with age and 6+ owners (mine had 16 previous owners...) plus a 30 year old entry level sports car often being not maintained and put away wet by many previous owners. Overall can recommend one of these great handling fun to drive practical Miata's if you don't want to potentially spend alot on maintenance there are newer and cheap platforms but if your willing to put in the time it's a fantastic car

better than anything
I've owned a dozen sport cars including 911s, the 944 beats them all. It makes a crummy driver like me look good. Forget power to weight ratio, torque is what you want. The 944 delivers everything. Mine increased in value $600- last year. Easy to work on and they don't rust. Step up to Porsche quality, you won't regret it. BTW I am a PCA CVR member and have enjoyed my 944T for 20 years.

It's an excellent drivers car, I have a 944na, so it's not fast, but it's still an amazing Porsche experience behind the wheel, it handles very well, and for a sports car it's comfortable

affordable high performance
If you want a fast car - start with a fast car! This is a 2700 lb 300hp near 50/50 balanced high performance sports car that even today 31 years later it still far exceeds what you can buy new in the sports cars under $35k range. Plus its easy to drive under all conditions, ownership costs are low for a well sorted example. Not much of a back seat.
