Our salesman,Christiano was very courteous and professional. We were looking at 2 different cars and were able to test drive both of them, really couldn’t decide which one we really liked. Christiano had to get the general manager to come talk to us as per their business model. Chris the GM sat down at the table and basically threw himself at us, telling us me to go ahead and write the check to buy my wife the car. That created really bad vibes for me so pretty much ended the whole process.

I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Went in looking for a used Honda Civic hatchback and Jessie came in helped me out. He went above and beyond for us cool guy and great car salesman. This car is designed beautifully, is comfortable and sporty. Fast as anything else on the road today. The tech, apps, and associated software is down right awful. Germany needs to fix that part and update its current owners.

He asked a few questions took my car to the service area and a few software upgrades later my account was fixed. He was very professional and kept me current on their diagnostic procedures.
