We returned our leased 2015 Jeep and re-leased a new 2018 Jeep. The dealership was very accommodating - met our price parameters, absorbed remaining payments, examined the vehicle for any damages, and took possession for transfer back to Fusion Financial Group.. The lease company came back to us (over nine months later) and demanded over $2k for excessive damages.. Atlantic Jeep-Chrysler (Peter Zorzy - VP Operations/Lianne Dunne - Administrator) came to our defense and in-fact absorbed a negotiated settlement, They were polite, professional and very supportive, They saved the day. Highly recommend Atlantic Jeep . . . suggest NEVER using Fusion Financial Group.. .
I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I receive at Westbury Jeep Service when Angela handles my service calls. She is courteous & professional, and she is always in a good mood. Dom is also amazing to work with. He takes care of everything and never returns a car to me that???s not perfectly fixed. Two of the best!!
I had purchased a 2011 Chrysler 200 . The car was everything I expected and more . Recently I ran into a few problems with the car however I bought the car back. Presenting the issue to Robert he examined the issues with his staff and they resolved all the issues at hand. I can’t tell you how thankful we chose performance auto to buy a car.
We had a great experience with Robert the GM of Performance Auto, Honest and up front about the process. He got my mom into a Used Jeep Liberty, and she couldn't be happier. The bank process was easy, we got a loan approval no problem and with a great payment plan at that. We were in our vehicle in no time.
I traded in, and purchased a car from performance auto. I was so impressed with the dealership that I felt the need to submit a review. The process was straight forward, honest, and easy as could be. Everything was taken care of in an accurate and professional manner, All my questions/concerns were answered, and I was driving my new (to me) car home in no time at all!! Albert was the sales associate that I had the pleasure of working with and I sincerely mean that. I had my 8 year old son with me and he was patient and pleasant through the entire experience. I’m very used to feeling pushed and pressured when car shopping but I did not feel that way at all. Jamall the finance manager was very understanding that my son was with me so he helped to expedite the process and get me out of the dealership as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular.
I first met Albert in the beginning of September when he showed me the KIA NIRO. I loved it and was impressed but not ready to buy. Albert kept communication open just enough- not pushy. I let him know I was interested, but not at that time. When it was time, Albert and the staff made it smooth and easy. I just went in and bought it. But Albert in particular was very good in just giving the information, backing off and not being aggressive at all. The service department and amenities in the building are very nice as well.
Albert Salib, Was my dealer, he approached me and my wife in a timely fashion, Albert answered all of our questions. What I liked the most is he was not pushy. We felt very comfortable with his manors and his pleasant way he went out of his way to help. We really were just looking. Kia was our first stop but because of Albert we never went any place. And now we are happy Kia customers G Phillips
The salesman was very nice and willing to help me out, even staying late to show me more vehicles. Unfortunately, the vehicles had very basic problems (doors that didn't open, truck that wouldn't even shift into drive) that made me very leery of purchasing a vehicle there. If those obvious things are wrong, what ELSE is wrong that isn't obvious?
JTL service was the best ! So happy with my use toyota tandra . JTL can sell me a car anytime ! JTL made me feel special and that they wanted to fit me in a car that was suitable for me and not just getting rid of a car off the lot. AJ and Eric you guys are the best!
I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships; expecting to spend my whole day being pressured into buying something that I “give in” to so the salesperson shuts up and usually more than I wanted monthly payments to be (lessons learned). My experience yesterday was the complete opposite! My salesman Rob Mosen-super awesome! Honest, real, down to earth. He has the perfect balance of businessman and advisor and I definitely recommend him to everyone. Matt and Ron were awesome too, very personable. The whole atmosphere is comforting. Kind of makes you want to go and just hang out with them all day. Needless to say, I left with a new jeep. Thank you everyone!!
Tim in the service department was absolutely incredible with helping get my Dodge Ram fixed There were some issues with the warranty which he worked through. He made sure I was informed every step of the way and that my truck was a priority. I am so grateful for his help and for the work the mechanics did. You guys are amazing. THANKS TIM

First I'd like to say that from the time of my purchase to the inception of my new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee,
my experience was above my expectations. Today I brought my car in for an issue that was not the dealerships mistake, but from the time I made my appointment to getting the problem rectified, the level of customer service by Ron and Tim was unbelievable. I am very particular with my cars and was made to feel very much at ease and Tim promised that I would be very happy. He was on the money! I am so pleased with outcome of the repair and I would recommend that anyone one interested in a Jeep Chryler or Dodge product not only go to this dealership, but be sure to see either of these two gentlemen. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
