Mike Stover was excellent to work with. He explained all maintenance issues prior to completion. Our situation was a long term fix. Mike set us up with a rental car and kept us updated on the progress of the repair. I highly recommend Mike and Team Toyota service department.

I bought a great used car that completely fills my needs for a very good price. They gave me fair trade-in value for my existing car. Very thorough and professional, with no hype or pressure. As for Anthony xxxx at service, he did not demonstrate any customer service etiquette to me. I was already upset about my disappointment with vehicles that I purchased just in May, and having so much problems. He got very argumentative with me on the phone coupled with condescending attitude. When I came to pick up my car he completely ignored me, and never acknowledged me, even as as I was saying hello to him. I was taken care of by others. That is not how I know Lincolon.

I had a great truck buying experience at New Holland. I purchased a used F350. From the moment I called to the the time I drove off the lot, everyone at New Holland was professional, detailed and not pushy. I came from quite a distance; my salesman, Andy Bogedain, accurately described the truck over the phone, notified me of a small defect after I had agreed to purchase (it was not a deal breaker) and had all paperwork set up when I arrived. I'd certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Cherry on top: it's located in a nice little town, right in the middle of Amish Country.
My initial complaint was regarding service with Porter Nissan where it was later determined that it was actually Nissan that was preventing my repairs. The service manager made several attempts to convince Nissan that this was a cause and effect issue however Nissan balked at the repairs. The service group at Porter are top people to deal with and will go the extra mile for you. After it was all said and done Porter was in my corner.
Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
Had a great experience finding the right car for me within my means. No pressuring to buy a car I didn???t feel right in. Had a few requests that were met with LNP problem. Mr Hammond was ver friendly and professional. Would deffinstelt recons this dealer as I already have!
