I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!
I made an appointment in advance (which I recommend), and I received on-time service. Damian was my service representative, and he was both professional and kind. When the service was complete, he reviewed the service record of all the things they did and checked. He was clear in his explanations and patient with my questions. Service was completed within the time estimate I was given at the beginning. Also, thanks for the free exterior car wash that you provide -- it always feels good to drive away with a clean car in good repair.
I was originally supposed to drop my car off in the afternoon, but because I needed an alignment, Collin recommended I bring it in earlier to make sure everything was properly taken care of. He set up a shuttle for me to get to and from work, and my driver Colette even made an additional run to bring my work bag (which I had left in my car), down to me at my office downtown. Excellent job guys!
Made my appointment on-line, arrived on-time and 45 minutes later my car was ready to go. Doing regular maintenance to the car is something I usually postpone because is inconvenient and a hassle, but this dealership takes away any barriers to make sure my car is taken care of. Thank you Roberto
Outstanding sales person award should go to Haley Botz . I saw one truck online and she pretty much had a deal together before I left for a 4 hour drive . She did so much work negotioting for me without even knowing if I would come buy the truck. Then when I got there I saw another truck that caught my eye , she was amazing with her attitude and went back to helping me with negotioting a fair price for us and her company . She has a way of creating a deal with out the" pushy sales pitch " because her attitude was amazing I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from her .
Buying my 2017 Certified Pre Owned Ford Fusion Titanium was the easiest transaction ever! It was worth the short drive from Everett not to mention the Tax savings! I would highly recommend this dealer.
I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. They are honest and fair dealers and accommodated my request for my own inspection (in fact they encouraged me to be satisfied before buying). Pricing is reasonable. I like their selection of cars. I did not look at every single one of them, but I believe they have some great finds there. I will definitely go back to find hopefully my next vehicle purchase. Keep up the great work!
