Took my Jeep in for a oil change & recall repair, was there ALL day, car hasn’t drove the same since, v8 drives like a 4 or 6 (Jeep was driving fine when I arrive for this appointment), didn’t bother to fill the windshield fluid. Turn around went back to in form them of my complaint blame it on brakes — bs❗️I will be going somewhere else for future repairs, oil changes & recalls AND Future PURCHASES or Trade-ins—-never again❗️❗️

Outstanding buying experience. I was interested in an minivan or a SUV, and wanted to shop several brands. Going to Gates dealerships in Richmond, KY is the ideal way to shop for a car with a Honda, Toyota, Hyundai and Nissan dealership all within a stone's throw. Monica Reed Feigel from Gates Honda was able to take me to the Toyota dealership as well as the Honda dealership and patiently worked with me over several visits until I made my decision. I settled on the 2019 Odyssey, which is an outstanding vehicle that is competitively priced, but far outweighs its competitors for fit and finish. Brian McMahan in finance guided me through the car buying process expertly with integrity and transparency. Great people, great vehicle, great price.
We saw a car online and decided to go to Chrysler of Lawrenceburg to see it. They treated us like family and helped make dealing with trading cars a good experience. We have never been treated any better by a dealership. Steve Grogan was the salesman and he was the greatest. I would definitely recommend Chrysler of Lawrenceburg to anyone who wants to trade or buy a new vehicle.
Earlier I posted a negative review for the Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealership over some issues that may have been small compared to other reviews. But my expectations were high in regards to what others had said, and small things can add up to big things in my humble opinion.
However, executive management at the dealership did reach out to me expressing interest in resolving the issues. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes and raised my over-all respect for the Don Franklin Family of Dealerships, and which resulted in an amiable solution to my frustrations. It does not negate the fact that it had to go to upper management to be resolved, but it does show their intent for customer relations to improve; and they have bent over backwards to bring resolution to the issues.
Trust is important! And without hesitation, I can now give my recommendation that you can indeed trust this dealership to satisfy your needs in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! Missteps were made in my case, but they were taken care of. Thank you George Monticello for your patience and understanding.
The vehicle was advertised with a certain option. I have tried to find this option and don’t see it available. Have contacted the dealership and am waiting for a reply. Right now seems once you purchase the service is over.
Friendly and professional staff! We felt like a customer and not just a number to the salesman! Edwin was great to work with, he wasn't pushing like some dealerships!
