Wes was very friendly right from the start. He met us on the lot with a smile, didn't hesitate to get a tag so we could test drive the vehicle. There was no pressure from him at all to buy the vehicle. Once we made our decision to buy , he was fast to get our offer in and approved. He didn't hesitate to help remove our toolbox from our truck,and didn't mind getting his hands dirty in doing so.
Yes I went and tried out a vehicle on Friday and I have challenged credit and they were working on getting me financed and they said they needed to get it financed on a Saturday and he would call me but I never heard anything back from them so I was very disappointed and then lack of response I feel like they should have followed up with their customer either way it went
We didn't deal with the Lynchburg office in person, but when I spoke with the lady in finance( I am sorry I don't remember her name) she let me know that they can ship the vehicle to our closest location. That to me is customer service! Our application was simple and we got pre qualified. Next car will be a CarMax car !!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I just bought a car today from Berglund Ford/Mazda and it was a very good experience all the way around. The salesman, John Templeton, was extremely helpful, listened to what I wanted and could afford, and did not keep me at the dealership all day. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I will recommend him to my friends as a car salesman you can trust.
I purchased my new Masada 2017 from John Templeton in June 2017. John spent a great deal of time with me and my grandson in my making a choice. Knowing I wanted another Mazda 6 (my third) I wanted to see and test drive other Mazda models to be completely certain. John was very patient and made sure we saw several others....going back and forth obtaining keys and leading us to each....on that very hot summer day. I had airbag replacement twice in former Mazda 6???s.....had regular service in former Mazda???s and currently owned 2017 Mazda 6. I???ve found service explained and reception all very good. Even when I recently mistakenly thought something was wrong with my headlights....I was received courteously with full explanation. Your above option under ???New??? does not provide for other makes; i,e., Mazda. Your option of ???Reason for visit provides only ONE option. I???ve commented on BOTH Sales AND Service!! Your below option to say more does not open....??? Thus I???ve said ???a little more??? here.
From the time I agreed to buy the vehicle to the time the vehicle was ready, was two months. But if you can handle that, I have nothing buy good things to say. I got a great vehicle, at 30% less than the blue book value, repairs included.
I'm thrilled with my vehicle, and I'm happy to wait a couple months in order to save several thousand dollars! If you don't need the vehicle immediately, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
