We worked with Alex during this visit. He was great. The way that he went through the car buying process was different from any other time I have purchased a car. He was not pushy and wanted to make sure that whatever car I chose was the car I truly enjoyed. He then made sure that the finance officer worked within my realm vs theirs. He went to bat to make sure that I left in something and that something was great. Not only Alex was great though. The entire staff were very friendly, bilingual, knowledgeable, and it just felt right to be there. I would DEFINITELY recommend just based off of this fact. They also have a decent collection of high and low-end vehicles with decent mileage. They work with first time buyers and bad credit as well. Which is a win for many. I bought this truck new in 2015 outdoorsman 3.6 pentstar and immediately the transmission modulator was bad and there was welding spatter on both front doors and the fixed it and a year later the wiring harness for the coolant fan was replaced.I will say the 3rd back cab brake light was leaking and one corner of my headliner got a tiny water stain but I fixed it myself with clear caulk.I have now done the transmission service 3,000 miles ago even though they say lifetime it’s not true but you can’t do it under warranty because it voids it.I have only used 5w20 super tech full synthetic in my truck and it currently has 80,000 miles on it and knock on wood it’s still smooth .I cleaned the throttle body myself last week and going to do plugs in a year.I attempted to do the serpentine belt with the throttle body cleaning but it takes 2 people so I’ll do it later.Truck had some hiccups but I’m happy with it and for those do it yourselfers, I have sprayed the weep holes on the bottom of my doors,fenders, hood and tailgate with wd40 in any hole I could find for years and never had rust problems .A General Motors body shop guy gave me that tip years ago.

Had a malfunction in the clock spring which controls the steering wheel controls. Took it back and they fixed it with no problems. Make sure you get the warranty.

The truck itself is a great vehicle, the one I purchased however just needed some better repairs and maintenance done to it! Has great features and look if only they all worked.

Honda Fife has a slick system going on in their service department. They are friendly, efficient and have a comfortable waiting room. Ryan Clearman in Service is especially nice.

I was looking for a used Fushion plug in hybred with low miles. No dealers had one except Pierre Ford in Seattle. That's a 125 mile trip for me. My salesman was more than helpful. He sent pics and once I decided to buy it we took care of everything except the final signing over the phone. When I arrived the vehicle was ready and detailed. The staff from the salesman up to management were GREAT . I recomend Pierre Ford to anyone seeking one if their dealerships.

The finance manager was also fantastic and was quick to go through paperwork and get us into the car and on our way home which was much appreciated as we had a long day. I've been looking for a fully loaded Tahoe for a few years now, and finally found one at Friesen Motorsports, via Cars.com. Needing to get a new car right now during the Covid-19 crisis was not ideal to say the least... Worrying about the usual BS of buying a new car is stressful enough! Thank you to Brandon, who, despite having to run the place almost entirely on his own (due to the crisis restrictions), always responded promptly, and professionally, and negotiated a better deal than I could have expected given my circumstances. We dealt mostly over the phone and by email/text to reduce contact while discussing which vehicles I was interested in and what I could afford. I could even joke that I never saw his face since he was wearing a mask and gloves when I came to test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork lol. Out of all of my car buying experiences (being five in total now) this was the most unique, stress free, and enjoyable experience I’ve ever had!

He said No problem and showed me vehicles around their lots and I Picked my 2007 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4 doors and regardless of my prior car repossession they were able to Finance the vehicle I wanted with a very Low Down payment and reasonable monthly payments.
