As exciting as it sounds, buying a vehicle can actually brings a huge anxiety and frustration. Perhaps like many others, I dreaded going to any dealership and talking to any car-sales person. This dealership (King Chevy in Longmont) totally changed my perspective! We test-drove the same car more than once, asked many questions and took our sweet time to think about. Through the entire process, everyone was very respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I did not feet pressured, tricked or manipulated. My thanks to David, Roberto, Mike, and especially the Finance guy (Tim?). I am glad that we have an exceptional dealership in Longmont!
Needed a used car and we found it there at King and Richard our salesman was real real good at getting the car cleaned up service and in out the doors so we just we thank them for a good experience thanks
I came here looking for a car I saw online, Mike found it fast, took it for a ride. The car had an unsual sound but the guys did a great job taking care of it a few days later. Buying the car was fast and easy. Everybody was very helpful and honest. The car is 2011 but is in amazing condition.
Rex King and his people are unbelievable, Tyler and Scott in the service department have bent over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of because of a hit and run accident I was having problems.
But they did not give up. Kudo's to the repair person that did all of the hard work as well. Also the sales department went out of their way to help me as well. Why would you go anywhere else, this is the BEST....
My key was stuck in the ignition, in the run position. I called King GM and explained my unusual problem and was told to go ahead and drive to the dealer. After being see right away, I waited for about a half an hour and was told by Tyler that my ignition needed to be replaced and that they could fix it tomorrow morning. I was then driven home in the courtesy shuttle and then picked up the following early afternoon and taken to the dealer. I was given my new set of keys and sent on my way. Very friendly staff, quick service and a great experience. Thank you!
I knew the type of truck I wanted to buy and also knew I wanted a fair trade for my old one. Tom stepped up and found me the right truck and made sure I got a very fair deal, both on the price of my new truck and my trade-in. He remained very involved throughout the whole process. If I buy another car or truck, or know of anyone looking, I'll steer them right to Tom and King GMC.
This was our second car we bought from Longmont Ford dealership and it too was a very good experience. No pressure and lots of patience! Nick was fabulous and showed us whatever we asked to see and never tried to push us into anything. He walked away when we needed to discuss and was right there when we had more questions. He listened to what we were wanting and we walked away with a fabulous car at a fabulous price.
Customer service is very friendly, helpful and genuine. I went there just to look and get an idea of what I could afford and Garrett was very helpful. He understood what I needed and kept an eye out for me. A week later he found what I was looking for in my budget and I now have a great vehicle!
