Very friendly staff. They did okay answering my questions, but I new more about the history of the vehicle than they did. There's a $599 handling fee that gets added to the sticker price, so make sure to ask about it up front.

I love my dodge. People compliment my truck all the time and it's a 2015 ram big horn. And the service in decatur is second to none. Very pleased with my 12 th dodge truck

This Ram Express is tons of value for the dollar. I wish this model had lumbar support but other than that this truck is near perfect. I love the styling and the utility.
This is the third time I have bought a car from MOGF and will continue to make them my first stop when ready to buy. Process was easy and they made a point to respect my time and not have me at the dealership waiting on them. Happy to recommend them.

We have only owned it for a bit but so far a great truck. The inside is comfortable and looks good inside and out. The only thing we had to get used to
Is the gear shift knob.
Great service department. Mackenzie is an excellent service writer with wonderful customer service skills. I was happy to find this Dealership when I moved to the area.

Found this truck "accidentally" but liked it when I saw it and drove it. I don't put on lots of miles, but have had it fully loaded a few times with building materials...flooring , decking, doors, windows, lumber, etc. Have also towed a heavily loaded 16 foot trailer...Walks away with whatever I ask it to do...very comfortable to drive.

This truck has one of the best interiors I’ve seen. You really get your money’s worth with this truck. The hemi is smooth with its 8-speed auto transmission and sounds really nice! Would definitely recommend this truck!
So there I was on the phone with a dealer telling me it would be 3 wks to get this recall issue fixed on my 2018 Charger. When I decided to look for another dealer I found Banks Crossing and gave them a call. When I spoke with John on the phone he said he could get me taken care of in just a few days! My experience today was awsome with John and JB. Not ONLY did they get me in sooner but in and out in less than an hour. Thanks for stepping above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of! I will surely be back and recommend family and friends here!

Hauling trailer and vehicle stalls, not great scenario while on interstate, happening more and more each day. Should be a recall. Now it won't stay running unless the key is in a perfect position. I love the ram products , we have six in our fleet, this is the only one with this problem. But in my opinion it's a huge problem and our dealer says he sees it a lot.
Steve Manley was my Service Advisor to do some repairs to my F250. Steve streamlined the process and handled every aspect of my visit and repair like it was his own truck. He answered every question with detail, and he kept me informed on what was going on with my truck. Thank you Steve, I very much appreciate your hard work!!
Heather was very understanding of my situation. All the employees made sure i was taken care of when i entered the service shop. Employees were freidnly as well.

Best truck ever used to own Ford now I own a Dodge! That pretty much sums it up but I'll have more.... Comfort the ride is soft it's a 4 wheel drive SuperCrew that rides like a 4-door Cadillac.
Was able to tow and haul what Diesel's do... And gas mileage couldn't ask for anything better averaging 21. 6 miles per gallon.

We were online car shopping and inquired about a vehicle. Within several minutes we were contacted by Lauren Bierria (client advisor). I was able to reach Lauren on the phone and we started chatting about the vehicle that I had inquired about. Long story short, we went the dealership, did a test drive, and bought the vehicle that my wife wanted. Lauren is easy to work with and he helped make buying this vehicle a pleasant experience. We would definitely deal with Lauren again. He is a nice guy and we enjoyed speaking with him.

This truck was exactly what I was looking for. My only qualm is the backseat leg room leaves a bit to be desired. It rides really smooth for a pickup also.
I first took my Jeep Liberty to Landmark Dodge for evaluation and repair. My Jeep???s transmission was slipping especially when starting on a hill/incline. They were unable to replicate the issue. Additionally, they fixed my defroster under my extended warranty and did a oil change. While fixing the defroster the boot around my shifter apparently came loose and/or the zipper broke. Their mechanic said it was already done but it was not broken when I turned the car in for repair. The inside of the vehicle was filthy from the Defroster fan repair. The transmission continued to slip. After my poor ratings on the Chrysler survey the Service Manager called me and I explained the two issues and he did not offer to bring the vehicle back in to their shop. My Extended Warranty was about to expire and I really wanted to determine if there was a issue with the Transmission so I took the Jeep to Hendrick Dodge in Duluth a couple weeks later. Heather is my service advisor and she was able to have a mechanic ride with me. We were able to replicate the transmission problem. Additionally, he identified that I had issues with my front and rear stabilizer bars. They also found that the water pump was leaking. Heather was able to get all of these repair parts and labor completed under my Extended Warranty. The final cost to my warranty was just under $5000. I also had some additional preventive maintenance completed for $1300. Heather also was covered my rental car cost that was over and above what the Extended Warranty covered. Needless to say I am very happy with the service I received from Hendrick Dodge compared to Landmark Dodge. Heather did a fabulous job and my jeep is running great. I will continue to use Hendrick for any additional work I need completed while in the Atlanta area.
