I would recommend this dealership to everyone because I had a eventless and responsive reaction towards everybody that assisted me special thanks to Scott for being just an outstanding individual overall I enjoyed my whole experience with Landers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and I love my new truck😀😀😀

Had looked at a couple of there vehicles on line. Visited with Internet sales a couple times.went to the dealership was greeted by Taylor Tibbs. Really nice young man. He showed me car faxes on vehicles I was interested in as eagerly allowing me to drive them as well. He also told me about a few specans going on. I left in a new silverado
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
We found this truck online and decided that we wanted to look in person. The truck was just brought to the dealership so there were no photos online as of yet to review. I walked up to Tommy and asked him to just give me 10 mins to look it over and if I was impressed I would come back with my husband. Tommy complied and sent me various photos of the truck allowed me the whole day to think on the truck with literally NO HASSLE! When we decided to come in and take a look over the truck he allowed us our privacy to discuss and also met us right where we wanted to be. I am so pleased (for the first time ever ha) with our overall numbers and experience! Ask for Tommy you will not regret it.
Went to Hudiburg Toyota to look at a couple of Camry’s. I was greeted by a guy named Gary Trent. It was a fun and painless experience and i was in and out a couple of hours. I really enjoyed this experience.
Chance was very helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me at ease and comfortable. Made sure I was ok with everything and helped me understand everything deeper. It was a hard and big leap for me and I???m glad I decided to come here for it.
I wrote a review on the General Manager, Sales and Finance folks earlier this week, but failed to note the assistance I got from Scott in Sales as well. He assisted under the previous GM when I was in Fowler in mid-July and before I was able to make a deal in August. I appreciate his help as well! I know he's a great link for the new General Manager in this transition period.
Most importantly, I failed to acknowledge the fantastic receptionist - WALDI! I consider her the FACE of Fowler VW and she's a great Public Relations gal!

After 2 weeks of dealing with a sales dept that was less than helpful or honest/open, and after 2+ weeks of trying to get it scheduled, due to dealing with sales people screwing up what we asked for, the holiday & work schedules, we were finally able to bring in our durango on Friday 11/30/18, to have the mopar hitch receiver installed. The Service staff was great. Very helpful!!! I can???t say that enough. We had a great experience with them. The service folks removed the incorrect equipment (that the sales dept erroneously scheduled & carried out, totally ignoring what we had requested) & installed the mopar hitch yesterday, though it did take longer than expected (also due to having to remove the incorrect equipment) and I was able to pick it up today (due to work scheduling conflicts). Our service rep was great as well. Very thorough with the quote & explanation of work being done. Thank you Braxton, for being so helpful. The only ding that I would give the service dept was the price of the labor for the install; but I???ll look past that since they had to remove the incorrect equipment (thanks a lot sales dept & your screwup). I don???t if that made it more expensive for labor, but I wouldn???t doubt it since it doubled install time for the mopar parts.
I had three recalls that needed done. Everyone was very Friendly and work preformed on time. I would recommend the service department to my friends and family. P.S. Next time I have to write a 25 word review I???m not doing it.
