I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.

Just bought my second Mini Cooper from this dealer. From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect. The sales associate Spiro Borgris is the best...knowledgeable, patient, caring, and so willing to assist me and make sure that I am totally happy and satisfied with my purchase. He is always spot on with everything. I always tell everyone I know how great Spiro is.
Well this is rare for me and I never thought I would have such a great time again with a car dealer. First let me say I am sure I join a long list of happy customers that went to Ingersoll of pawling. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. If u have a chance or the time to visit this dealership(Ingersoll of pawling)I am sure all of your needs with be addressed and handled with people that really care about doing whatever they can for the customer. Best move I ever made was go see Jay , when my lease was up , I was nervous about over mileage and they made it look so simple ! Most comfortable I ever felt going to dealership !!! 3 days later I drove home in my Durango !!! Still speechless today ! Your crazy not to give Jay a chance to make something happen for you !! My daughter needed to buy a new honda crv a week ago and the experience we had from the moment we got into the dealership, we got a warm welcome and Travis Jordan was the one who helped us. He was very nice, respectful, competent and explained exerytning we neede to know about the car and how the financing will work for this was the first time for my daughter to buy her car. He made sure that my daughter will fully get all the informations she needs in order for her to decide which car is best fit to her needs as well as the financing of the loan. From the moment I walked into the showroom I felt comfortable. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and made the whole process super easy. His team was fluid and efficient. He called me at 11:00am to tell me about a Chevy Cruze that was available. He asked if I could be there by 1:00pm and I was home in my driveway at 2:55pm with my new car. Perfect experience.
