First the customer service is great! Ken Hope is very easy to talk to and gave me confidence in there work and is a nice guy, the job was completed in a timely manner and well done, if I need help in the future I will be back!
The service was Awesome. Friendly, Courteous and very helpful. They were busy but made time to take car of my vehicle. When I forgot a personal item there and they were kind enough to bring it to my house! What dealership does that? WATSONS.

I wasn't necessarily looking for a different vehicle but saw a truck posted on FB Marketplace and began communicating with Becca. She was quick to respond and could answer all my questions. Long story short I ended up downgrading my 2014 RAM for a 2008 Ford but it meant all my needs... and no hassle with arguing about price and/or trade in value. They allowed me to take to my local mechanic to ensure no known issues in the future. All necessary items for paperwork was done ahead of time so all that was needed to do was to sit for a few minutes to sign the papers... and the process was complete. I appreciate all involved in the process and especially Becca as she was the "face/voice" of Deur Speet which went flawless for all buying aspects. Thank you Becca!
The service manager Ken was excellent he was able to work our car in to check out why we could not get heat in our car. Ken called after they started tearing the dash out and since it was Friday evening he wanted to check if it was ok to proceed with the weekend coming up since it might be tied up over the weekend. We told him to proceed and a short time later he called back to tell us they found the problem and they actually had the needed part on hand. His technician agreed to stay late and finish the project so that we would have our car for the weekend. He also told me he had checked out that our extended warranty covered the repairs which was a very pleasant surprise. We were extremely pleased with the level of service and the extra effort that Ken and his technician made to accommodate us.
