I bought a brand new 2015 Yukon from Dave Cross. They have always been accommodating to my needs and any issues I have had. I was just in with an AC issue and they didn’t disappoint. This is the second time I bought my vehicle since 3 years agao and the buying exparience is still top notch. Sabrena was our sales person. She did not push us at all, everything is up front and willing to work with us. Unlike other dealership I have been to there is No tricks at all, what we agreed during negotiation match exactly what they put on the paper. No ???accidental mistake??? on the paper work. I highly recommend Sabrena if you are considering buying your next vehicle becuase the buying expareince is truly exceptional!

We ended up spending a lot of time here, but it was because we weren't completely prepared. The gentleman who helped us, Ian, was an excellent salesman. He didn't push or rush us for any reason, and he was incredibly patient while gathered everything that we needed. We ended up driving away in with a new car and paying what we had in mind when we walked in. If you're looking for a new car and don't want the pressure of a greedy salesman I would highly recommend this dealership.
I went to Baker Jeep as my Grand Cherokee lease was up. Konstantin did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable through the entire purchase if my new Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon! I absolutely AM's thrilled with it.
I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.

Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
