Easiest car buying experience yet. They drove my truck to Houston, and it was just as beautiful in person, and drove my trade back to their location. The pictures are spot on. I was worried that buying a truck without driving it may be an issue but was assured that there was no obligation until it got here and O approved. Great experience.

Our salesman was Michael Coates and he did an excellent job. Patient with our questions and made every effort to provide us with what we wanted in a new car for the money. Thanks also to the front desk person and also to finance.
All the people we dealt with were very helpful, & knowledgeable, but the buying process took too long with the salesman having to go back & forth to the sales manager. We quoted a monthly payment we wanted to pay & it took him several trips to the managers office to get it approved,
The salesman did not pressure me and met ALL of my needs. I was a little off on my payoff and that was no problem, they took care of it... juut like that. John was patient and the management team had his back. There was no back and forth with management, I requested something and he ok'ed it. There were never any let me call you backs or anything. This place will get my business again, no doubt. I ended up not buying that day because the vehicle I saw online was much bigger than I imagined when I got there to drive it. But he's working with me on finding something a little bit smaller.
Went in to get a car that would last me for the rest of my golden years. Aaron in sales and Travis the manager helped us to find the right car for our particular needs at a great price. Chris in finance helped us save some more. I feel like we made some new friends. I look forward to seeing them when I take my new auto in for maintenance.
We have used the service department in the past for our 2011 Kia and I thought they were friendly and efficient. While I was waiting for a repair, I was asked three times if I was being helped. Last week I took my Kia in when I was told I needed a new motor for my window washer fluid by another company closer to my home, they told me I had a loose hose. Honesty is everything and why I went to them to get my forever vehicle.
