Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Henry The magnificent is a great person. if you want to buy a car or truck go to dodge land on gray stone and ask for Henry. He is a down to earth guy with a great sense of humor that will do what it takes to make you a good deal. When the deal gets close but a little off Chad will help get it done. I had met Chad a few weeks earlier when he made me a great offer but I had to walk away at the last minute. So I was happy to see him step in and work another deal with out question. great job. Thanks for the new truck.
I purchased a pre-owned Grand Caravan less than a month ago. After i had driven it for about two weeks i tried to use the aux power (12VDC) outlets but none worked. I took the van in for service. I wasn't looking forward to the experience. Bill Kittrell stepped up to the plate for Bill Vaughn, the used car service manager, who was in a meeting. They both were very helpful and had me out in less than an hour. The problem was a blown fuse. Since the van didn't come with an owners manual I wasn't knowledgeable where to look for blown fuses. Not only did they provide great service in short order but answered all my questions.
I 've only gone to the dealership a few times for service and I am very impressed with their courteous professionalism and attention to details. Our last vist to the service department was wonderful; in and out so quickly we didn't need the shuttle to get to another appointment we had in Columbia. In and out within less than 30 minutes.
