My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

My Chevy with apex 350 HP V8 4x2 was nearly always in the range of 21 MPG, where my 2018 Ram is running about 19 MPG, but is 5.7, and has 4x4, making it a bit heavier, plus about 50 more HP. The Silverado was quick, but the Ram hauls! Learning to keep my foot out of fast...
We make an annual trip of about 1000 miles back and forth to COfrom Tucson AZ, will be interesting to see how it does for MPG on highway.
Looked closely at the 19s, but purchased a slightly used 18, saving us about 10,000. Am questioning the wisdom of not getting the19, with latest technology?? Bottom line, darned hard to beat an exceptional truck! My toughest adjustment is the hockey puck transmission selector. I nearly purchased a Ram when I purchased the Silverado, but didn’t like the puck, I was correct, still hate it, lowest part of the truck! I’d pay more to have a traditional gear selector!!

My engine on my Dodge 2012 went out and I needed $4500 for repairs. I had already spent $630 for the month for car rentals while my car was down. I went into a dodge dealership "JUST" to look at a special deal this dealership had on a 2018 RAM 1500 Tradesman.
So I'm checking it out took it for a test drive and then I fell in love with this truck!
I purchased the truck as soon as i got back. This one has the V6 Ecosystem Engine and the 8 speed transmission.
I took her for a trip to Virginia and I got now get this, 31 mpg!! I'm talking freeway and I get around 24 mph just driving around local.
This is a $31K truck that I bought for $23K and it's not loaded with all those electronics which is great for me. I did not want the HEMI engine because of the gas Mileage and I dont need to tow a backhoe just my boat.
The interior is plush with very nice cloth seats. Everything is within reach and you can see the gauges with ease.
You have 4 doors with a full comfortable rear bench seat for 3 people.
Up front there is a jumper seat between the driver and passenger.
Outside you have the 6.5 foot bed which is also spray coated.
It's also comes with a tow package with both types of plugs for different trailers.
It's a great truck and I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a new truck!

I was nervous to make my first vehicle purchase at a dealership, and I had been to several Honda dealers in the area before I found Bettenhausen. I knew exactly what I was looking for, and I had seen a specific vehicle on CarGurus, so I called to see if it was available. I scheduled a test drive with Brandee and came in within 15 minutes. I was surprised that she handed me the keys without riding along; I liked that I had the freedom to test all aspects of the car without a salesperson breathing down my neck. When I got back to the office, Brandee went over the vehicle history report, and everything was very transparent. The cubicles are private yet spacious and I enjoyed the atmosphere more than any other dealership I had visited. When I decided that I wanted the car, I expected to be there for hours completing paperwork or haggling with prices. Brandee explained that they stay competitive in the market (the price for my car was more than fair based on KBB value) so their prices are bottom-line, and therefore no need for drawn-out negotiations. When she went over the purchase agreement, there were no hidden fees. I was out the door in about an hour, and it probably would have only been 30 minutes if I didn't have a personal payment issue. I was worried about my rental car and asked if I should come back the next day to pick up the new car, but Brandee offered to call Enterprise to have my car picked up, so I was able to leave immediately with my beautiful new (used) car. Based on my experience, I would say Bettenhausen Fiat holds themselves to a higher standard. They were trustworthy, knowledgeable and efficient!

I???ve been to many car dealerships in the past (I???m a car enthusiast/work for a company that makes racing video games (And I love my cars)! Early January, I purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat from Thomas Dodge. First experience wasn???t with Faye, but it was a great experience regardless. August of this year, the appeal of the Hellcat wore off for me (Between going through a set of tires every couple weeks + the gas mileage + RWD in the winter = death sentence), I was looking to get another vehicle. I went to a Ford dealer first to check out a Ford F-150 Raptor, and they wanted me to fill out a credit app/get bank preapproval before even being able to test drive the Ford Raptor (Really?). I immediately left and went down the block to Thomas Dodge. Faye???s my go-to salesperson at Thomas, and I met her early in the morning. I told her what I was looking for (Something fast, luxurious, towing capability, cargo space, and a real show stopper). First she recommended the Trailhawk (A great suggestion), but that wasn???t good enough for my need for speed. Next she recommended a SRT Grand Cherokee (Great suggestion, any other day I would say yes - but I wanted to go all out with my vehicle that I would be driving on a daily basis/my company vehicle). ???Trackhawk???? ???Trackhawk??? It was early in the morning + I didn???t have breakfast, so I asked Faye if she wanted to go get a snack (On me). She prepares the car (That nobody has driven yet), and a few minutes later, we head out to Starbucks. Faye???s a Mopar enthusiast, so we had to get on it a little bit on the backroads. I???ve never had my breath taken away by a car???s performance/style (I was grinning cheek to cheek like a kid in a candy store). We pickup our Starbucks, head back to the dealer, and go over the paperwork. The paperwork process was pain free, and Faye guided me throughout the entire process + outlined/explained each thing I had a question about. She also explained to me my financing options (Opted to go with a lease through FCA, because I go through cars the same way I go through shoes). About an hour or two from the time I walked into the dealership, I was walking out with the keys to my brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk! Faye is the best salesperson I???ve had the pleasure of doing business with (Not limited to car dealerships). She???s honest, understands the needs/situations of each and every one of her clients, finds/sells the best quality vehicles out there, and makes the entire process pain-free & enjoyable. I got fayebolized, and couldn???t be happier - thank you, Ms. Giles!

I just purchased a vehicle at Phillips Chevrolet 9700 West Lincoln Highway Frankfort, IL 60423 with Konrad Chatys on Saturday, 2/18/2017. Konrad and his team were nothing short of amazing from the moment I arrived into the dealership. I came by myself, very nervous, anxious and discouraged. ' I went from a dealership who wanted me to give them thousands of dollars for a USED car, to a dealership and a Product Specialist who accommodated for my circumstances with NO money down, not the best credit, reasonable car note PLUS a warranty, referred an insurance company AND payed off everything I still owed on payments, NOT TO MENTION, what was given for the car! I have told every single person who will listen, to go schedule an appointment with Konrad. I have never felt more safe and protected with a company, than I do with Phillips Chevrolet. They gave me advise on ways to increase my credit score and even other opportunities that will be available at a later date. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was willing to assist at any moment (regardless of the fast pace environment). As if that was not enough, I even received a call the next day to inform me that I left my reading glasses in my old car, AND they stayed after the closing time to accommodate for my crazy hospital shift! It's rare for a woman alone, to come somewhere and not feel taken advantage of, and for that I could never thank them enough. I cannot actually give a review on repairs, but with the warranty and customer service, I do not have a doubt that they will be able to point me in the right direction. The only thing that I was bummed about was my car window sticker. I did not think to ask for it, but I have received a ticket on my car because of it. So when you are trading your car be sure to take EVERYTHING lbs. BTW- I am not a robot,nor was I payed to do this survey (haha). I am just extremely impressed. THANK-YOU GUYS AGAIN!!!
