Erik Brown was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He showed us what we first asked about but he listened to our comments / wants and showed us a vehicle that fit us and we ultimately purchased. He showed us the different features of the vehicle and assisted us in setting up items we weren't familiar with. Gary(used car sales) and Dan (financing) were also extremely helpful & friendly. Gary worked with us to come to terms we were satisfied with and Dan provided options (one that I chose) to provide better future service. The only reason I didn't rate the Buying Process as excellent was because your computer system was up & down and it took 2.5 hours to get the paperwork completed.
Tim and Jim are the ideal sales team. Very helpful and patient without being pushy or hard sell. They let the product sell itself while offering information and details as needed. We were given a very thorough explanation of all of the options on the vehicle we purchased. This is the second Jeep that Tim has sold to us. Thanks.
We have been to Champion twice now, once for my wife's Suburban then my Kia. They are like family. Everyone treated us with respect and didn't push us into anything. When it come to finalizing everything the financial gentleman was hilarious, we laughed so hard when finalizing our buy. Champion is now our dealership for life!

Jus a good friendly place to go for any kind of service from just getting your car inspected to make sure everything is working properly to oil and rotates to major service work. What every you need they will do. I???m always pleased with them

Good atmosphere and helpful employees. Jace Weiss was our salesman and did a thorough job explaining the features of the Ram during and after the test drive. I feel he did his best to get me the best deal. He wasn???t pushy like most salesmen. Would do business with him and Landers McLarty again.

After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.
