I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.
Came into the Easterns in Alexandria looking for a SUV. Took a look at a few and finally we found the perfect one for us. All the options we could possibly ask for. I did not know they had 2018 vehicles! We worked out finance options and got a rate we were comfortable with. Definitely recommending people to go see Phillip at this location. Very nice salesman.
I had a positive impression when I walked into the showroom. My salesperson was Mr. Joshua Duplechin. He was very professional and polite, and not pushy in trying to make a sale or steer me towards another type of vehicle. There were a couple things, however, that soured me on what was otherwise a good purchase. I specifically asked in an email if the vehicle had blind spot detector features, and if the mileage was still accurate from the website. I was told yes to both questions. I think at this juncture, it would've been the perfect opportunity to be up front about the true features and the mileage (7 miles as mentioned on the web site is quite different from the actual 272 miles on the car upon seeing it in person). The sale may or may not have been made, but I think it would've been honest customer service to have been provided this information in order to help me make a decision of this magnitude prior to making the drive out there and finding out otherwise (maybe naïve to think this). The 5.95% auto financing (despite outstanding credit) and a $500 trade-in!! I won't go there. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. I could've provided higher ratings, but I think more focus should be put on "truth in advertising" and not anything that will get the customer in the showroom.
I went in to have a nail removed from my tire and they were able to see me right away. The service guys were professional. They checked all 4 tires to make sure there were no more bills and that an 4 tires had the proper tire pressure. Thanks for everything.
I didn't have an appointment. They were busy and I managed to get there BEFORE they started to turn people away. The service was great. The advisor was great. My only issue is, I had a rodent chew the wires to the coolant temperature sensor. I don't know that parts and labor cost $405 to repair them ? It seems a bit extreme, but that's what they charged me. I watched the tech for the most part, and it didn't seem to me that it was that difficult of a fix.
I live in the area and always love the dodges. And got tired of what i had an wanted something new. So i walked in on a humble and Mike greeted me. Asked was there something he can do for me. Before you knew i went home with a new dodge and was very happy.
Great experience and will definitely come back for service work. I had an appointment and opted to wait in the customer lounge. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me in less than an hour and a half. Great service.

I took my 2018 Challenger in for a repair and they took the best care of me. They Diagnosed the issue in no time and provided me with Rental so I could get to my work. Dane -my service adviser- was responsive and friendly. Hands down, the best Dealership and Service Team in the area.
