Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
Just sold my Car to them today. Entire process took around 25 minutes. Drove in with my 9 year old car. They inspected my car for about 10 minutes and gave me an estimate on the spot. Their offer was higher than what the car dealership had offered me. I expected the offer. I had my title with me. So, we completed the transaction there...it took around 10-25 minutes more. They gave me a cashier's check, that i enacted with my bank that day. Very simple and efficient !
This is coming from someone that ultimately didn't even buy his car from Gillman. I was in the market for either a used or possibly new Jeep and worked with Joe/Jose Hernandez. Joe himself was fantastic. He did absolutely everything in his power to get me a great deal on the exact Jeep I wanted. This included wheeling and dealing with other dealerships. In the end, everything fell through at the last minute by no fault of his own as he couldn't get me the exact car I wanted because of a miscommunication from one of the dealerships he was negotiating with. I had even put down a deposit because we thought it was a done deal. Once I found out it fell through, Joe was quick to apologize and refund my money even though it wasn't his fault. Eventually, he did find the car I wanted a day later but by that time I had already purchased another car. Still, I would not hesitate to contact Joe again the next time my wife or I need another car.
Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle
This dealership is amazing! My husband and I have bought 3 cars from here and have not been disappointed. That’s why I remain buying from here! I bought my very first car from here with little credit history and Jonny made sure I got approved and payment I could afford. He works with you very well and has gone out of his way every single time to make sure I leave that place happy every time I go and does it with great energy! My recent time going was 2 weeks ago and I told him what Jeep I wanted and what payment amount I wanted to stay at and he worked his magic and I walked out being an owner of a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a payment I could afford. I definitely recommend this dealership and to go to Jonny, you will not be disappointed.
Don Elliot Autoworld was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I drove an hour and a half from Kingwood to look at a used car that had been sold 10 minutes before I arrived, but I ended up leaving with a brand new vehicle instead. Johnny, Justin and Ronnie were all so awesome and did everything they could to get me the best deal on the exact vehicle I wanted. I was very hesitant at first to try for another new vehicle, especially after already getting the run around from another dealership, but all three of them made it happen, and I could not be happier! I would definitely make the hour and a half drive again! Thanks so much guys for all your help!!

Made the car buying process so easy. Had all the info from cars.com so I just needed to see the car in person. Didn’t try to upsale me, and didn’t try to convince me to finance through them. Played no games about added fees, they actually overestimated the additional fees so when I got the final price it was less than expected. “JD” the Used Car Online Sales Manager was extremely nice and wanted to make sure that this was the car for us. I will definitely be considering coming to this dealership in the future for my other vehicles.
Over the course of two months Gene and Leo did an awesome job helping find the perfect Maserati for me. I can't even remember how many times I was in their showroom, on the phone or exchanging emails with those guys. Let's just say it was a lot, and they always made the time to treat me as if I was the only customer they were working with! Gene and Leo are very laid back and truly want to make sure you leave the dealership happy. No high pressure sales with these guys. Gene Smith is the guy to go to when you want a true partner in finding the right car. He was patient and knowledgeable and very comfortable in involving all his resources to get me exactly the right Maserati. Speaking of resources, Mike and especially Leo worked with me in a way that you would have thought we were friends for years. It was clear they were on my side looking for the right answer. We went into Helfman wanting to drive an Alpha Romeo Stelvio and Gene Smith couldn’t have been more helpful. He listened to what we were looking for, found us exactly what we wanted, and had us out on a test drive in no time. Gene gave us plenty of time and didn’t pressure us at all. My daughter bought a 2015 Kia Soul today from
Jeff Wiemann at Carmax Cy Fair. 15 minutes into our visit she realized Jeff had been her salesman back in 2013 when she purchased her 'first' car! He's a great salesman- I have always given 5 star reviews to carmax- but Jeff deserves a huge 5 star review too!
