Our family have been loyal customers of German automobile engineering for decades. When Volkswagen had their diesel recall our son researched for over a year an automobile and dealership to replace his diesel Volkswagen. Great experience and will definitely come back for service work. I had an appointment and opted to wait in the customer lounge. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me in less than an hour and a half. Great service.
Warranty repair, parts came in earlier than estimated. However I was promised a one-day repair, and it took longer but they never called to advise status. I had to call multiple times the second day to get status, and when I was told it would be ready by about 10, I arrived around 11 and had to wait until after 1 pm before the car was ready. This was on a work day so the inaccurate estimates resulted in my wasting several otherwise productive hours.
