From the moment I pull up to this service entrance each time, there is a service writer ready to help. They make my waiting room experience bearable each visit by recognizing me and asking me if I need anything (i.e., anything to drink or a ride home), and keep me informed as to why I am waiting so long, if that is the case. And if my wait is at home they call me when the car is ready; not waiting for me to call them. The car always feels so much better when I drive it home.
Okay, the bad news. Recently (June 2018) I was taking a long 3 day trip and needed to make sure my general maintenance (battery, tires, etc.) was in good shape. I received the usual wonderful service. However, on my trip, the radio did not turn on until I was near my destination. That was okay but it worried me that something was wrong and hoped I don't break down on the highway. When I returned home after my trip, my battery died 3 days later in my garage. Whew! Is there a way to check the battery life before a trip?

Our sales associate Shane Romee was great! Before we knew it we were ready for a service and was referred to there service department. We have used MANY dealership service departments in the past however the professionalism & attention to details on our new car service was outstanding!! The service manager Jeff Gann & his crew took care of our problems!
The service advisors were very nice and they welcomed me as if I purchased the car at that dealership. They seemed to care about that Chrysler 300, so Bob Moore Chrysler definitely has my business from here on out.
Was looking for a used Hyundai in Stillwater;didn't realize they had a dealer there. Aren Porec came out to help us, understood exactly what I was looking for, and made it possible to get a new car in my budget. He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his product! Although we came in to work with Arthur Bowens due to the fact that he treats my family and I like one of his own...we got to work with his son Tyrone Bowens, whom at first I was very unsure about, but ended up giving us incredible service! People always talk about the bad and never the good, well today I want to give a big thanks to Todd Clark and his service department!!!! Had a flat on the road and no way to change it, called Barry Sanders Super center and Todd answered the call. Told him where I was about 10 miles from the dealer ship and what had happened he said no problem give him the address and help would be on the way, in less then 15 min some of his guys and him showed up got my car loaded up and back to their store got me a new tire at a great price gassed up my car and cleaned it, Barry Sanders Service you have earned a customer today thank you Todd and team!!!
Kristen was very helpful and friendly as we made special arrangements for my truck with a camper to come and get my truck serviced. She kept in contact with me through text and calls to keep me updated on the progress of our service. She was very nice to work with.
Our overall experience was good, but there were a few areas that could be improved. Such as: parking, wait time to complete paperwork, access of vehicles (everything we wanted to look at was in another lot and it was time consuming waiting on them to drive each vehicle to the main lot, we finally went to the other lots to speed the process up), and ensuring plenty of gas in a vehicle to test drive it (we actually ran out of gas during the test drive and had to wait about 30 minutes to have someone deliver gas to us).
Katelyn in service is always helpful friendly and very professional!! Service usually is very thorough and timely in getting our vehicles in and out without delays
