They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... 2021 RAM 1500 Big Horn/Lone Star review
My driving experience with 2021 classic Ram
I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

From start to finish we had a great experience! Jason, the salesman who helped us first, was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. He managed to get us a price we were comfortable with but I had just started shopping seriously and wanted to check out a few other options. We came back a few days later and Zay helped us close the deal. Neither salesmen were pushy. They were easy to talk with and gave us plenty of time to ourselves to discuss. Love my new (to me) car!
